Kenny was great at following through to make sure I got cover. Extremely customer focussed and able to deal with the detail of a complex case. Hello.ie know their business extremely well.

Dan is a credit to Hello.ie We were under time pressure to get a mortgage protection policy in place in order to avail of lower mortgage interest rates and Dan was at the end of an email every step of the way and engaged with the underwriters on our behalf several times to ensure everything was moved along smoothly. We are very grateful to have had a customer service representative like Dan to have assisted with our policy and wish everyone involved with our mortgage application had been even half as helpful and professional.

I never heard of hello.ie until I did a Google search today! I started looking into moving my mortgage protection this afternoon. I received a call within minutes from a lovely lady called Mags O'Connell.
Immediately I felt I was in safe hands. She could not have been more helpful.
She was genuinely interested in me as a customer and my needs.
Needless to say, I proceeded with my application to purchase a product.
If only more companies had a Mags, life would be so much easier! Please pass on my thanks and gratitude for the service I was provided.

After receiving a quote for mortgage life insurance from one financial advisor we went shopping around. We came across Hello.ie by a simple Google search, gave them a call and got a much better quote. Their financial advisor, Patrick Gallagher, could not have been more helpful and guided us rapidly through the various stages. We ran into a few issues along the way but at every turn Patrick was there to lend a hand and get the deal over the line. Fast, efficient and competitively priced. Can't ask for more than that.

Luke Massey had been helping my wife and I secure Mortgage Protection Insurance on a property we are buying and when Luke went on annual leave he asked Patrick Gallagher to look after our case in his absence. Both Luke and Patrick did a fantastic job and we are delighted with how everything was handled by them both. Patrick in particular was extremely quick to respond to queries and get us the answers we needed in a very timely manner. This was especially relevant given the time of year. And that's not to say that Luke wasn't responsive, but after he went on leave, we had a very short space of time to get our business done and Patrick facilitated this with the utmost urgency. It was this attention to our needs that we feel, made the difference between us securing our new home, and the vendor possibly walking away from the process.
