I have just recieved my first exo shop purchase, and my GOD are this sporting goods dealership beyond amazing,, best deal made in 2025,, so if you are wondering, should I place an order at EXO my lord you couldn't be in any more safer Internet shop safe hands,,,

Don’t buy from this company! I run an osteopathy practice in the Netherlands and paid 5k for the masterpuls one shockwave device. It broke within days, repairs are slow, and follow-up is poor. They even accused me of non-payment. In the end they told me to just sell it second-hand myself. Totally unreliable for professional use.

Brilliant service throughout. I ordered from the UK. The item was a good price, but I was expecting to pay import tax and customs. However, I was surprised to get a email from them to say that the company would cover it (£700). I was asked to forward the UPS request for payment, which I did, and within an hour it had been paid.

There was very good communication throughout and a speedy service as well.

I will definitely use them again if there was anything I required in their store.
