I bought this for arterial health. I have started taking again from my stash bought some time ago. I don't know if it has worked on my arteries but I'm 70 and a recent scan showed clear arteries in thoracic area (cardiovascular) What I can definitely attest that within a short time taking it my skin improved from dry and course and, latterly, bumpy, leaving my skin feeling smooth and silky.....so I"m guessing it must be doing good on the inside too.
Ive taken various collagen products that havnt had this affect on my skin.
I take on its own or in a smoothie, or delicious sprinkled on cereal.

Very poor customer service
I purchased collagen type 2 capsules in April and they have gone off. They smell like rotten fish. They are well within their use by date of 11/23 and have been stored properly. I contacted Hellenia and requested that they send me a postage label so I can return them for a refund and they were most unhelpful. They were polite but completely fobbed me off.
