Disgraceful Customer Service
Booked Hellamaid 3 weeks in advance to do a move-out cleaning. They contacted me 1.5 days before my scheduled appointment to tell me they had rescheduled my appointment for the following month because they had no cleaners available. This obviously would not work because the cleaning needs to be done before the move-out date, hence why I booked the move-out service, and why I booked 3 weeks in advance.
I called their customer service line. The agent was barely audible. After asking several times to be transferred to another agent with a clearer line, I was told that they only have one customer service agent. After asking to speak to the supervisor, I was sent to a voicemail box. I never received a callback.
