Damaged Roof after Helion Solar Panels installation.

Helion, a company to be avoided. By their own admission, they incorrectly installed solar panels on the roof of our building. The incorrect installation damaged the entire structure, and the whole roof had to be re-roofed. Given that the 5-year deadline has passed (that was 7 years ago), they don't want to take responsibility for the repairs, which cost tens of thousands of francs, hiding behind the 5 Year Warranty. Another company that doesn't take responsibility for its mistakes, sadly.

Professional service and quality

The project (charging station installation) was prepared, planned and executed in 2 weeks time from request to final installation. All terms were kept, installation was done on time and in efficient and quality.

Never received final quote

Quick response in submitting an initial proposal. After that we had a visit from their technical department to prepare a final quote. However, even after three weeks we have not received the final quote. I have tried to follow up with them several times but unsuccessful. What a waste of time...
