Five stars for the customer service at this company! Human, prompt, helpful: am thrilled to be with Helcim so far. Had some connection issues between my phone's Helcim app and the card reader and shared my feedback with their technical support. They got back to me within 24 hrs with some tips and haven't had the issue again so far. Am a new user and will see how my first sales go, using their service, but I have such comfort knowing that no matter what happens, there's great customer service to assist.

Just started using it and the average percentage charge for fees they advertised isn't even close so far, actually spending more than i was with the last merchant. Transitioning back to that company now.

For my onboarding call, Ana was very knowledgeable (which sadly you can't assume these days) and I really appreciated my conversation with her. I was also given the email and cell number of a merchant success specialist for any future assistance. I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service so far, and have yet to experience such personalized customer service from rival companies.
