Very bad delivery service
Very bad delivery service. We ordered radiators for a flat. The courier pretended to come three times and never delivered the radiators. He called when he had already left the building site using stupid excuses such as 'I can't find the house', 'I rang the doorbell but no one answered', etc.
They returned the radiators to the warehouse and now we have to pick them up ourselves even though we paid for the shipment. When we contacted the contact service they didn't help us at all with the shipment and answered very slowly and badly.
