Poor customer service for damaged personalised tins
I ordered personalised tomato soup cans, both arrived dented, and with only a 1 month shelf life which is odd for such a long life product. The customer service refuse to replace personalised goods, even if they are damaged. I was only offered a refund and left to order again.
I had to write many message before they agreed to refund the postage cost of a reorder. Unfortunately the replacement cans were also dented. I then decided to cut my losses and take the product refund as I had lost patience with the service.
