Poor customer service for damaged personalised tins

I ordered personalised tomato soup cans, both arrived dented, and with only a 1 month shelf life which is odd for such a long life product. The customer service refuse to replace personalised goods, even if they are damaged. I was only offered a refund and left to order again.
I had to write many message before they agreed to refund the postage cost of a reorder. Unfortunately the replacement cans were also dented. I then decided to cut my losses and take the product refund as I had lost patience with the service.

No customer service

No customer service. No offer to contact carrier when delivery was confirmed on 3 occasions and still not delivered!
Requested a refund and told today wait another 48hrs! I have waited since 6th December!

I ordered personalised gifts for…

I ordered personalised gifts for Christmas. The parcel arrived, photo evidence provided, clearly showing my address and yet the parcel went to a house in Colchester, 120 miles from the address shown. Contacted Heinz several times, emails and phone calls. The last email saying it is my fault. Will never use Heinz again.

Great Customer Services After First Issues.

First delivery arrived with dented tins, but the customer service team sorted out the problem and resent the order. These arrived with no dented tins. My first delivery was on Friday, and the second delivery arrived on the following Monday. Fantastic service.

Virtually a scam service

Placed an order for a novelty, personalised item via their constant advertising on instagram. What I received was completely wrong. Have tried repeatedly to communicate with them. No way to have any kind of conversation as they just email me once to every four of my DMs using a no reply email address. Will never use again. Pretty much a scam setup

Out of a package containing fourteen…

Out of a package containing fourteen tins, eleven of them were badly dented. However, the box containing the tins was not damaged. This clearly shows that the person packing the order selected badly dented/bent cans that no shopper would select themselves (and then individually wrapped them!! WTF!).
Terrible service from Heinz to Home - will not order from them again.

Poor Service and Wasteful Packaging

I ordered baked beans and soups from Heinz to Home and was very disappointed. I wanted to cancel due to a previous bad experience with Evri, but by the time I got the dispatch email, it was too late. Heinz also told me they couldn’t avoid using a specific courier if I ordered again.

Most items are sold in bulk, yet every tin was individually wrapped, creating unnecessary waste and hassle. Some tins arrived damaged, and when I reported it, Heinz didn’t care. Sadly, this is the only way to get gluten-free beans and sausage now, but the service and delivery are awful.

Nothing to Recommend Heinz to Home

Order marked as dispatched then never arrived. When enquired told order has been cancelled. Not communicated to me. When stuff has arrived its been damaged. Unless you enjoy a total lack of communication and loads of hassle don't bother with this.

Avoid Aviod Aviod

Placed an order two weeks ago had email saying being dispatched then nothing today had email saying order refunded no reason given .Then an email saying order had been returned which is totally untrue rang customer service what a waste of time . Just kept repeating i was getting a refund.. I Rang customer service Just kept repeating i was getting a refund. For a major brand there customer service is awful and there sales operation is not fit for purpose unable to dispatch goods to customers .

Prompt Delivery

Put an order in in 1st October (saw limited edition monster munch mayo on Facebook and had to try it) then came to check trust pilot and saw the low score. I shouldn’t have worried. Parcel arrived on 3rd October but I wasn’t home and redelivery happened today with all items well wrapped. So impressed! Glad I ordered before reading the reviews here as I wouldn’t have ordered.

Placed an order on the 23rd September

Placed an order on the 23rd September.
Was never given a dispatch email. Was then given a “the order hasn’t been sent to you email”
Only to contact consumer service multiple times to be told “it will be shipped within 24 hours”
When it never did dispatch itself.

Poor customer service

Absolutely dreadful customer service.
I had placed an order on 24/11/23 unfortunately the items were never dispatched. I contacted the online chat option and was repeatedly told my enquirie had been escalated to the customer care team who I can only describe as useless. I am on my fifth attempt to try and recover a full refund as my order was never dispatched. Very very poor

Thank you Heinz for refunding me today for my order of 24/11 which never arrived and for which there was no communication from you .0 for service and communication.If I had not persisted you would never have realised .Please review your order systems
