I have only had a good experience with Heimdal Premium Home and customer service.

It is not about product justly overpriced. I had it for like two years. I just cannot justify paying USD100 a year for something that I can get for USD55 a year does the same thing

Also, there is no way to cancel your account through simple account page. It was actually necessary for you to send them an email in order to cancel it, which is extremely annoying. You should be able to do this using your account just like every other antivirus service out there

I like Heimdal security but I am not 100% confident in using it alone. In addition, I think it is too expensive. I can purchase other good name security programs for much less. I also do not like automatic renewal and for this reason alone, I would never order the software again.

It is the newest application I have used in a long time, I initially started with the trial period for a year, and now I use it in Premium mode, taking advantage of its multiple security features in all its aspects. The attention provided is prompt and they solve all doubts on digital security issues. I hope that soon it can be installed on Windows 11 without problems.
