This company is committing fraud. Ordered a patio set from a Facebook ad. Received a cheap wrist watch. Company will not take responsibility. Said it was cultural confusion, even though I had proof of my order summary. This is fraud. And they know it. The price point of items are low enough they think people will just give up and cut their losses. Fraud. Fraud. Fraud.

It's another story of "buyer beware"...,but Facebook is partially responsible for not HIGHLIGHTING the country of origin in these product advertisements. It might not matter in the end because there are scammers in the US as well, but ol Zuck isn't helping his countrymen much here. But remember, the guy accidentally created his monster company out of his perverted efforts at churning pictures of naked college girls. The movies and success stories are not exactly accurate...

Listen, we got taken in. The shipment costs and high probability they won't return your money are going to make you even angrier. Just light it on fire to satisfy a little of your need for revenge and then move on. Note: You'd have to lie about what is in the shipment because drones are not allowed to be shipped internationally.

This company is a terrible.Their products are scams.They advise one thing, but send you another. When you attempt to return the product, they give you a fake shipping address. Then they offer you a 50% REFUND, IF YOU CAN'T SEND THE PRODUCT BACK.

I had same experience as all of you. Finally after a few weeks someone from China replied and like other said return the drone and they will issue refund.

Seems like a waste to send this worthless drone back but may see what postage will cost Have started complaint case on PayPal and am hoping they step up and get the money refunded. I doubt the scammers are going to pay.

Complete scam! I have ordered 2 drones to 2 different addresses and none of them arrived. After complaining, one of the drones has arrived after more than 2 months since I ordered them. Their strategy is to play a waiting game. They still owe me $129 US and the drone is nothing in comparison to what they have advertised....

Yes I have the same experience as all the other reviewers. A total scam. nothing like the advertised product. just a $20 kids toy. I paid aust$150. I paid through pay pal and they got a response that said that if I returned the drone they will refund my money, but can i trust them. How much will it cost to return and Pay pal will close the complaint in two weeks which it is unlikely i would have received the refund by then. So very disappointed. Have brought stuff on line before also coming from China and have had no problem. What should I do<

I purchased a drone, it supposed to be all wonderful, bunch of lies, don't buy this, I ordered 4k got barely hd, ordered 4 batteries, got 1, the drone is nothing like advertised

"Heelwise Drones." Owes me money. Bought and paid for a drone before Christmas 2020. I am still waiting for my drone. Send the product ASAP. Or refund my money immediately.

Do trust the drone video. The drone you actually get is half the size and only worked for about a day, nothing like in the video.

Wow ,I've been ripped off my piece of crap arrived nothing like order and never worked for one second. My son was a very disappointed boy on Xmas day. How can they get away with this and what the he'll are Facebook thinking letting grubs like this advertise on their sites.

BEWARE Heelwise are crooks, don’t send your ordered drone. After weeks of waiting to be sent, weeks to arrive and didn’t receive what was advertised. Totally different model number. Small toy. Junk. Lodged PayPal claim and weeks later finally got full refund. Thanks PayPal
Instead of receiving a Professional drone (cost over $150 Australian, received a $10 toy that is junk. Straight to garbage bin).

Now I can not get a hold of them after they took my money. Now need to get a hold of my bank and hope that they can charge back. Do not buy. And I have also see on line after getting mine that it is a scam.

The drone I received is nothing like what is shown on the website. It took over 60 days to receive it, the box was damaged, and it did not contain all the parts. When I asked to return it, no response.

I paid for my drone .two weeks later I receaved it .great drone gose great thank you barry betts i will be buying more items off heelwise

Folks, a drone that will do all of this doesn’t even exist. What made you think you could buy it for $69?
If you are in the USA, contact the Department of Commerce. Funny what Facebook cares about- and doesn’t care about.

Please figure out a way for facebook to stop the site. Complete scam. You do not get the drone they show. Maybe a 20 dollar version for the $120 cost. Tried to immediately return and they never respond to emails. No phone number.. A total scam with fake reviews. Ships from China no California warehouse!! They make sure they get your money and the ship crap. Buyer beware!!!!
