I'd like to give this company one star…

I'd like to give this company one star because they sent me some women's underwear that would fit a child and the only sent me four and they were supposed to send me eight and they charged me $73 and no way what I've spent $73 on underwear are you kidding me
I called them about this issue and they pretended like they didn't know me they said tell us the email that you sent your order in on and I'm like why can't you look it up under my name or my phone number and they said oh there's no possible way to do that that is a lie!!!
I would not buy any products from them if I were you until I hear from them because they seem like a bogus company I ordered extra large underwear and I got underwear that would fit an 8-year-old
