Disappointing! I requested a refund! Nobody has replied via email! No telephone number! Poor quality material for a dress I ordered and paid good money for - disgusting customer care! I have contacted the CABureau for a response.

Absolutely rubbish company
Absolutely rubbish company. Bought a sandal which was faulty so contact the company 3 times by email for refund or replacement ,haven’t heard anything back. It’s almost 2 weeks now. There is no phone number to contact them. Avoid this company and spend your money on some genuine one .

Cheap Chinese company selling cheap Chinese rubbish at inflated false prices, zero customer service, zero return, Avoid.

The shoes are beautiful quality and exactly as described. Very unique style and wonderful quality suede leather. The fittings and straps are high quality. They also fit very well and are comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more on the item. I did get anxious because I didn’t receive an email when they were shipped but I managed to find out they’d shipped with enquiries via chat and email. In fact the shipping was very quick in the end. All in all, I’d recommend Vanessa London for quality products, excellent price and quick shipping.

I liked the shine of the stones, however as they were described as footbed lined with 100% genuine leather, mine did not smell of leather and I query if they are leather.

Many thanks for your reply and kindly clarifying my query. Unfortunately I could not see any reviews for the mule that I purchased. I’m pleased to hear that they are indeed leather and therefore would like to give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased a pair of boots in what I call ' Cadbury ' colour. The colour of Cadburys chocolate foil wrapping. They are amazingly comfortable and unique. I get lots of lovely comments about them. I ordered online,perfect transaction. I have Since visited the shop in Leigh On Sea which has recently had a makeover which now stocks clothes in addition to shoes. Received a lovely welcome from the ladies. Can't fault the attention to detail on every level. Another great independent boutique in the lovely sea side town of Leigh - On - Sea. ❤

Excellent customer service, product delivered super fast and well packaged. Plus personal communication from one of the co founders to check in that I was happy with my order.

The shoes I received are absolutely beautiful and comfortable too. The shape is very elegant as well
as practical, I could wear these shoes every day and they would always feel special.

I have small feet (size 36) and often finding stock can be an issue but not with Vanessa, will definitely be ordering again and hoping for more colours in these gorgeous shoes!!

Vanessa London is simply the most incredible store! Vanessa is so talented and builds such a rare relationship with her customers. I ordered the Dakota Boots - and I cannot express how wonderful these boots are! They are almost magical! They fit perfectly and it feels like I have always had then. The fringe detail gives them such a elegant feel and it makes you feel elated. I have not stopped wearing them since I received them. If only more brands and stores were like Vanessa London. I love Vanessa's shoe shop. Vanessa is always there to give helpful advice and a sound opinion. She also designs many of her shoes and boots so you can pick up something which is unique. I am often asked where I buy my shoes and boots and most of them come from Vanessa's. She uses high quality leather and suede and stocks amazing brands. Karma of Charme is my personal favourite. Hand stitched, made in Italy and as comfortable as slippers BUT with an edge. Vanessa's shoe boots are gorgeous and her own design. If you like quality, want something a bit different and love personal service go to Vanessa's.

Unfortunately the boots I ordered had to be refunded 48 hours later , due to issues they were having with their website the item was not in stock.

I can only rate 3 stars as I have no product to review , their communications were good though regarding the issue and refund
