Avoid avoid avoid I was lucky I got the items but canvas ripped frame broken they tried to insult me by saying I have to put frame together I am aware of that but when two pieces of the frame are broken in two it’s little hard they should be shut down trading standards are now involved stay away from them

Scam!!! They charged for framed picture I waited about 2 weeks for expess delivery- joke...order arrived with missing frames....I sent and email straight away and as a response from customer service I was told that I need to provide them with photos as they have to verify if what I say is true or false....seriously...I don't know who works in customer service there and what education and training thay have but it is below any standards.
Surely they should know what was sent to the customer and should be able to verify it without being that extremely rude!
Do not recommend pls Avoid as itvis below zero!!!!

Terrible company. Order arrived after long delay, but the frames were missing. No response from customer services or FB message. Do not buy from this company!

Painting came after a short delay, but discovered to have multiple paints that were solidified and therefore unusable. This is particularly a shame as it was a gift. I’ve asked about getting more paint sent to be told I could have 50% refund as they do not work with the same supplier anymore (which I find suspicious), after agreeing to a partial refund they then came back and said they’d give me 70% refund, which again I agreed to. They’ve since stopped replying to my emails and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for a response and a refund.
I would NOT recommend buying from this place, as I feel it’s a scam.

BEWARE, be very careful - eventually your painting will arrive BUT with the WRONG PAINTS. This was a present, so they have ruined that. Very unprofessional firm to deal with.
Now they ask for a picture of the paints !!! there is a large problem somewhere with them. They also have a base in London but no joy from there either.

Rubbish been waiting 3 weeks for a refund and they will not reply to my emails ....do not use better company's out there

After waiting over 3 weeks for my delivery, the package arrived with half of the paints missing. I have now spent over 2 weeks trying to get a refund from them and they are trying to bargain with me as to how much money they will refund me!! Since refusing anything less than a full refund they have not replied to any of my emails. Do not use!!

Some positives and negatives; on the plus side the quality of the canvases are good. On the downside, delivery took way too long, nearly four weeks, and the quality of the paints vary considerably. Some are very transparent and need 3 or 4 layers.

Order's do not arrive. They claim to have delivered them and will not refund.

I have left negative reviews on all three kits I ordered and never received weeks ago and all these reviews have not been published. All negative or less than perfect reviews are deleted so people are being lied to. False representation as company NOT based in UK as they repeatedly claim but in fact shipped from China. SCAM COMPANY.

Ordered a custom paint by numbers 6th Dec, nearly a month later it never arrived. Emailed them with no response. Luckily I've managed to claim money back via paypal. Do not use! Wish I read reviews about them first

I made 2 separate order for 6 paintings in total. Ive only received 1 order (3 paintings) tracking by yodel says delivered both so hedy house won’t do anything about it. You can’t call them only email so I’ve been going round in circles for the last 4 days as they only send 1 email a day. £45 order lost and they won’t replace. Absolutely awful :( thanks for ruining Xmas! Yodel are also useless you need to change your delivery partner and you might have happier customers

Disgusting customer service 😡on the 2nd Dec 21 I ordered 2x painting by numbers at £28.99each plus postage and packing . Was told it would take 8-12 days to be delivered which was well enough time for them to be here in time for xmas . After several Emails which they take days to respond to i was told last friday not to worry my package would be here before xmas ! Nope it didnt turn up again 😡😡😡 ive contacted them everyday this week they sent a link to track my package but none if the couriers have it recorded with them 🤔 I have asked twice now for a refund and they ate now ignoring my emails. I think this is a scam company and need to be looked into by trading standards . The reviews that claim this is a great company with great service ignore as its obvious one of the scammers has wrote these .. I want my money back !!!!

Awful customer service. FIVE attempts to contact them via THEIR contact page and email provided by THEM. I ordered a personalised PBN of my recently passed dog and this ATROCIOUS customer service is appalling. Yodel are as helpful as a chocolate fire guard and claim to not have received it. This scathing review could’ve been avoided by simple, basic customer service and a RESPONSE! Trading standards & Citizens advice will be next for advice on refunds etc. I was actively encourage you to purchase from a different supplier!

I was delighted with the custom pbn that I received. The picture was accurate in detail and colour and the result looked like a lovely painting and not a photo. The canvas and paint was of very high quality which made it a pleasure to do

I absolutely loved doing this paint by numbers I’d recommend it to any one looking for a moment of mindfulness, great value too .

Yet another great purchase and my biggest challenge so far. I decided to do a customised paint by numbers of my cat Lola. Very unusual colours but very effective. Thank you Hedyart!!

I have had a couple of painting from hedyart, they arrived a few days later and everything is there for a beautiful picture, no complaints

I ordered on the 3 for 2 deal. 2 of the paintings arrived really quickly, wishing a matter of a couple of days. The 3rd took a couple of weeks but did arrive.

My negative would be that the canvases come folded which are then creased. I ironed on the back of mine and the creases mainly came out. Once the canvas is painted you can’t really see any of the creases and I imagine once they are framed it will be better still.

A couple of the lighter colours needed a couple of coats to cover the numbers and lines, but the overall effect when it is finished is amazing.

Be warned, paint by numbers is addictive!! :-) I spend every spare minute now painting! I am going to shortly run out of walls in my house!

I’ll definitely be buying more when I have finished these.

I am totally obsessed with paint by numbers. Has gotten through lockdown. Good choice/selection of painting including personalized ones. Fast delivery, would recommend.
