Exceptional customer service, UPS messed this up great time, but Hedon folks hasn't dropped the ball!
I can't provide feedback on the helmet and gloves yet, as I've just received them yesterday. Hopefully at least as good as their customer service!

Nice product… arrived in perfect condition and very classy! The visor made the helmet even better looking! I get looks right and left on my Harley Street Glide. Good job Hedon keep up the good work.

Return difficult process and helmet was giant compared to other much less expensive options

Hedon customer service: very helpful and solution based approach, excellent communication and timely response. I’ve had my hedonist helmet for 2 years and needed a visor, Anne and the team sorted out the postage to Australia. Quality company, highly recommend their products and service. No regrets buying a Hedon helmet.

The helmet is so light that I thought the package was empty..

The color, design, and quality of this helmet are all excellent. I'm Japanese and my head size is 56cm, so the medium size fit me perfectly. I originally ordered the medium gloves, but since they hadn't shipped yet, I had them changed to large. The medium size actually fits me perfectly, but there was a comfortable amount of room, so I'm glad I went with the large. The quality and design are unmatched and truly wonderful. Thank you very much.

Return policy is very bad for online order, they charge 50% service charge on custom order return. Most of their products are custom order and beware of their sizing, their sizing is not a true size compare with US sizing. Make sure you read their policy first before decide to order!

Your return policy on made-to-order helmet is ridiculously overcharging.
I bought your MTO helmet total cost of $702.60, if i return this helmet i only get back $210.02 (50% return fee: $351.30 - Shipping cost: $141.28)
This is really bad policy. All the customers want to order Hedon helmet must be aware of the return and exchange policy, specially made to order helmet, ALSO do not trust their sizing.
I recommend DO NOT ORDER the helmet from this company, I would rated 0 star.
BAD RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY, BAD SIZING AND FITTING.

Truly amazed: I knew it would be characterized by attention to detail and finishing, high quality of materials, but I didn’t imagine it would be so comfortable (the feature I preferred) and insulating from sound at high speed!

A truly awesome helmet. The quality is outstanding and the look is phenomenal. Truly the best helmet I've ever had. Hedon's service is top-notch, and you can tell how much love went into making the helmet. A truly fantastic one-of-a-kind piece, a perfect match for my 40-year-old Guzzi cafe racer.
