Scam website - they accept the credit card payment and then cancel the order without refunding you. When you try to contact (email only) they say that YOUR payment has been flagged as fraud and YOU have to contact your credit card provider to obtain a refund. Total fraudsters - do not use.

I order something and put my name adress and shaw the last numbers from my credit card and I did not put this so I thought on the next screen thay ask to confirm this with my credit app and the only think thank for order. I called my bank and they fund this very stranges. I don't live in the USA but in the Netherlands. The feeling was not oké for me. The bank blocked my credit card and I sending this morning after the bank calling a email to the support from Hebron to cancel my order. Oké long story and I hope to get a answer from this company

I sending a email to the support and a other responding on the email for the order.No response. I send the email on 9.15 in the morning, I received a email from then on 17.28 that the order is sending already. Again no response they don't want the cancel the order so they sending a email that the order is already on the way thats a easy way

100% scam. please don't give them your credit card information. the item never come.

Same as the others. Ordered and a few days later they cancelled my order and telling me i need to claim they money with my bank. But no, its their job. Now, they dont even pick up the phone anymore and not responding to my mails. Anyone has an idea how to get the money back?

Same happened to me as to so many others! Ordered on the internet and no product arrived. I‘m not even going to follow up… they obviously have a need to be a***holes more than i have the need to give them another second of my thoughts!!!

I ordered 2 bags of plant based protein from the brand Truvani on the website hebronnutrition and one of the bags they sent me is due to expire in 1,5 month and when I complained they told me that I should consume it within a month. I am shocked by their response as they seem to decide how their customers should consume the protein powders they buy online. Not only do I not drink protein shakes everyday but I still have other bags that I was planning to finish before opening a new bag. They just lost a customer and I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I used Hebronnutrition via Fruugo (not directly), to order Pendulum, as the Pendulum website doesn't deliver to Europe. A legit-looking Pendulum bottle arrived from the US in a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered items including pendulum product trusting their statement that we could order their products through this website! I ordered items for 1708 dkk on 13th August but still no information at all and the tracking number has led me to an error page since day one! I contacted Pendulum and I will apply to legal ways to solve this issue after reading now all the other comments on this website!

scammers - as others have said - they will take the order and charge you.. few days later they cancel the order and tell you you need to file a charge back with your bank for a refund .. horrible scammers...

Worst in the world.
Send email to confirm item in stock, said yes.
When the order was placed, it was canceled and not refunded.
When asked for a refund, Shopify was told that it was not allowed to refund, but you needed to do a chargeback.

The biggest scammers on the world!
I ordered while ago a pills and payed it by my credit card, they even received the money. After some days I get cancellation of my order and the stupid extthey wrote was that they find my order ass fake. So no pills, no money back! They are SCAM and FRAUD be aware about it and don’t ever buy anything from them! Now my bank is trying to get my money back from them other wise I will sue them and expose them on internet!
