It has taken over 3 weeks now since I ordered my items and the delivery company are now asking me for money because Heavy Threads did not pay enough to cover the cost of shipping.
When I contacted customer service about my issues they brushed it off and lied to me about when it was shipped out and blamed it all on the delivery company. I will never ever shop there again.
Ordered a tote bag off of their website, received it but it’s not like the photo. The print is a lot smaller and doesn’t fill the entire bags face whereas in the photo on the website shows the print filling the face.
Tried to change the delivery address, but they could not do it.
Never received my items, costumer service does not react any more.
I ordered a shirt from this company. It took over 3 weeks to get my order. When I did, it was the wrong shirt. I contacted customer services who said they would send the correct shirt. Then silence... I contacted them again. Silence... Eventually a replacement shirt was sent. The correct shirt this time but much much lower quality than the first shirt. Still should be good for washing the car. Do not use this company. It's quite clear they have no regard for their customers.
