Very, very disappointed with our purchase from Heavins. I bought a bistro set of outdoor table and chairs online which arrived in very bad condition. There were multiple areas of damage on both table and chairs. The table top was particularly badly damaged and had cuts, cracks and gouges all over the surface. Both chairs had scratches on the legs and the foot of one of them was twisted out of shape and the foot insert missing. All feet had wear markings on them, ie, they have been in use before. I emailed Heavins and they said simply that they were sorry and to follow the link to return the set. I explained that we liked the set and asked if they could replace it. The response was that it was out of stock and they would check when it was coming back in and revert to me. Nobody came back to me. I have no idea how such a badly damaged product could be sent to a customer. The packaging was perfect on arrival, ie none of the damage happened during transit. This is unacceptable and frustrating as I've had to spend a lot of my time wasted on the transaction and I still don't have the product I need.

THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE .THEY SOLD ME KÄRCHER WITH DAMAGED HOSE. WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR REPLACEMENT THIEIR”MANAGER” TREATED ME AS A SCHOOLBOY,BLAMED ME ABOUT DAMAGING AND TOLD ME TO BUY ANOTHER ONE. WHEN ASKED FOR REFUND THEY TOLD ME THAT I MUST BRIING THIS ITEM PERSONALLY IN TO THEIR STORE (130KMS FROM ME)I NEVER RECEIVED INVOICE FOR PURCHASE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

The garden furniture is terrific a good price delighted with it. Only problem took us ages to get the legs on the table, very fiddly. Would shop with them again

I bought a small grey plastic table from Heavins on a Sunday of a bank holiday weekend. I found the table to be of very good quality and a very very affordable price. I received emails to let me know my item was being processed, was being dispatched and then when my item would be delivered. The table arrived on Wednesday. Great service, no hassle in ordering .I would highly recommend this company and I will be dealing with then again.

Great experience for my first time using for a purchase. I was let down by another company and had to order the item elsewhere so opted for Heavins. Quick and easy, and order confirmation and tracking details received within around 12 hours. Very reassured. will update when my item is delivered but it looks like its on the way!

I ordered 4 shelves, and 2 of them arrived damaged. They arrived in this condition from the company because the boxes had been opened and resealed with company tape. The MDF boards were broken at the corners, and the frame was bent.

A 'Premium'airer on the Lenahans site for almost €70(69.65) Mine was delivered the next day after it was bought online. This costs extra on the delivery charge, but it is worth it. Get this airer on Heavens.ie before they are sold out!!

I have used Heavins a few times they have gotten better with their delivery times but one time stands out ordered a planner Thicknesser Which cost nearly €1000 was the first thing I bought there when it arrived it was missing parts the inside box was heavily damaged which tells me it happened in store. The box for delivery was perfect not the kind of service you expect when you spend that much money and have €80 worth of parts missing but they’ve gotten better still sore on that one.

I bought a television in Heavins yesterday. Josh helped me find the right one. He was so helpful and friendly with my Dad and I.
He kindly carried the big television out to the car and helped my Dad fit it in.
