I ordered a neck support at the start of July, after 6 weeks of waiting I emailed customer service who assured me they were waiting for the warehouse staff to dispatch it. It is now September and I have not received my item and I suspect I am never going to. They have since emailed me a 30% off offer as a reward for ordering from them. I believe this is a massive con and I'd avoid it at all costs.
