The people where very polite and considerate. The customer service was very good and answered all my questions promptly. Also tidying up as they went. Very happy with the results.

Ryan and the team have been incredible throughout the whole process.
From explaining the grant, paperwork and then completing the works they have been super efficient and helpful.

Fully informed about the whole ECO4 government backed scheme. The installation was completed on time and in an efficient manner. Very efficient company I would not hesitate to recommend.

My house was cold..a D energy rating. I couldn't afford insulation! Then I heard of Heat Savers and the free survey and installation!. It all happened quite quickly and before I knew it the team were in my house insulating the loft and installing extractor fans in the house. My surveyor said I needed both when I bought the house and now I was benefiting from The Great British Insulation Scheme.... How lucky was I? To make things even better the guys were friendly, efficient, clean and tidy. They stayed in touch afterwards to make sure everything was alright and told me I could ring them any time! Now I'm just waiting for my own joiner to make me a platform for my storage above the full insulation. And of course now my house is sooo much warmer!!!! Thank you Heat Savers!!!!

Ryan & the team are reliable & I highly recommend them. Ryan took the time the explain everything to me & to answer any questions I may have had. They turned up when promised, did an excellent job & cleaned up after. As a woman, it can be difficult to find companies you can trust & I'm very happy to have been referred to Heat Savers. My home is so much warmer now with the new loft insulation. Thank you to Ryan & the team!

Ryan and his team arrived nice and early and got stuck into the task in front of them, lovely and friendly and very professional, nothing was too much for them every thing was finished in the day and all mess cleaned up

Jake came round and explained everything they were going to do. Answered all my questions!
Ryan and his team then came over to do the work, in an efficient manner. They were so lovely, I think my dog is going to miss them with all the praise he was getting.

Such a smooth process, we only had two gas fires for our main heating. So when we found out that we were eligible for new central heating jumped at the chance to upgrade.
The guys were really efficient and the whole process when so smoothly.

Heat savers were amazing, I called them about the government heating grants. Ryan came around explaining what I was eligible for, then once I was approved they came around and installed a brand new central heating system.
I'm blown away with it.

Super happy with the work completed
by the team and pleased to see they were a professional outfit. The work was completely very tidily and it’s noticeably warmer in the house since the completed works. The communication good from start to finish initially explaining to us that we were eligible as we weren’t aware. If only all companies were as honest.

ECO4 First time Central heating

Heat Savers completed the installation within 3 days. The workmanship was top notch. Everyone on the team was polite, friendly, and very helpful. I went from having seriously poor heating to the latest technology. The difference in performance from the old system to the new one fitted by Heat Savers is mind blowing. I can recommend this company without hesitation.

MET UP WITH A GUY CALL RYAN THE OWNER, OFFERED ME A JOB , GREAT 👍 I HANDED MY NOTICE AND WAS WAITING FOR THE UNIFORM AND UPTO THIS POINT WAS GREAT , THE DAY WE WAS MENT TO MEET TO GET ALL THE DOCUMENTS ETC AND UNIFORMS NO SHOW , THEY ARE NOT EVEN ANSWERING THERE PHONES , THE 0800 OFFICE NUMBER NO ONE IS ANSWERING THAT , I HAVE A FAMILY TO FEED AND GAVE UP A GOOD JOB TO COME ON BOARD WITH THESE GUYS AND BASICALLY THEY GOT NO MOROLS OR RESPECT , ITS A DISGRACE AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

STAY AWAY DO NOT EXCEPT ANY JOB WITH THEM . I DONT NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD IN THIS CASE TO STOP IT HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE .

BEST START LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB ONE THAT IS REAL AND CAN START .

If you look at there reply it is a total lie i had a signed agreement , uniform ordered , day before I was due to start could not get hold of anyone , I called the office and spoke to his brother and he said his brother had gone missing , then i received a message saying shxt has hit the fan and its out of there control there sorry this was after me chasing them for days this response is poor , as to not meeting my expectations that is total and absolutely false, I will be calling your office and you can explain this time you may have the guts to speak with me instead of sending whats messages when pisssed up .
