Ordered a part for my 90 year old mother in law's boiler (condensing pipe) which was leaking badly and had to shut down the boiler. Received an email from DHL to say they had the part to be delivered the next day. Then looking at the tracking it said delayed, now 3 days later with no hot water or heating it still shows as delayed! Contacted Heating Spare Parts to cancel order, so I could buy it from a local shop, only to be told "when the part arrives you can send it back with the returns note for a refund excluding the postage I have already paid plus the postage I will need to pay for the return and I should get the money back within 30 days" DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY OUTFIT!! I know it is the courier but they chose to use them!

After reading the reviews i was expecting a delay in getting the items but the price was reasonable and in stock,
The items were shipped via UPS , tracked and with me in 48hrs . Very please with the items , all as described, New and well packed for shipment.

Sent the wrong parts. Sent them late. Now I'm waiting for a refund 2 weeks after parts sent back.
Seems this is a recurring theme

I tried to call twice... the 2nd time, it was clear somebody picked up just to hang up again to cancel the call!
AVOID!

DO AVOID THIS ONLINE COMPANY, SIMPLY WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY, AND END UP CHAISING, AND CONSTANT CALLING. FOR REFOUND OR PARTS.

Brilliant company with an on line parts list for my boiler,I picked what I thought to be the correct parts,then checked with them it was correct for my boiler and they got back to me straight away to confirm it was and they were dispatching that day.

Ordered 2 baxi boiler spare parts, had email communication throughout and quick delivery, a pleasant experience, thankyou guys

I really don't like giving bad reviews but I feel in this case I need to. I advice anybody that was going to use this company to stay well away! Il a self employed plumber and try to give the best service possible. HSP made me look very silly with my customers. I ordered some boiler parts on the 14th of the month. A few days later I hadn't heard anything about delivery. I tried emailing and getting through to them on the phone, with no luck. Another few days passed and still nothing. And this is while my customer has no heating or hot water. I finally got through on the phones. And it turned out they hadn't even sent the part yet. They guaranteed me next day delivery. It of course did not turn up. And once again I couldn't get through to them. Once I finally did speak to them again the part still hadn't been sent out for a third time. And this time I said just cancel it and I'll go else where. They were not apologetic or very helpful in anyway. Terrible company. Bad communication, bad service, lying directly to me. And they were not even the most competitive price wise. The reason I went with them is because they said the items would be delivered within a couple of days.

So I now look like an idiot with my customers. And the poor people have been without a working boiler for two weeks!

I ordered the part else where and it came the following day.

received the spare parts at different times
taking into consideration I have ordered and paid in full for over £1,000 in spares with this said company
anyway I had to return these said boiler parts Worcester genuine spares BRAND NEW AND UN USED
I DELIVERED THEM IN PERSON TO THERE SPARES COUNTER IN BURY
THEY HAPPILY RECEIVED AND SENT THEM BACK TO WORCESTER THE MANAFACTURER FOR THERE REFUND

BUT THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME
IGNORED REQUESTS
BOTH EMAIL AND TELEPHONE

IT COST ME OVER £250

I WILL BE SPEAKING WITH OTHER PEOPLE TO CORRECT THIS WRONG DOING WITH HSP SPARES

Was wary after reading the reviews about poor service / delayed delivery - but the (refurbished) boiler manifold was less than half the cost of anywhere else so I took a chance.

Ordered Friday, arrived Saturday, installed Monday.

Came with all the necessary accessories & it's still working properly 8 months later so very happy I took a chance.

Rang late on friday as unable to track worcester part number on site. Very helpful lady on phone replied via email who checked to see if part number had been changed. Was good part number and gave direct link to part, ordered straight away and arrived 2 days later, fitted part (capillary pressure gauge) myself saving £240 on the quote i had to do the job. (£235 + vat) I'm shocked to see how many people have had a bad experience. Mine was a good one and they were very helpful.

Absolutely terrible
Ordered part in November and received in good time tbf. However part was damaged either in transit or in store.
Several emails and never got a response. Never managed to get through on the phone at all despite trying twice a day for a week or so.
Ended up putting a case in to pay pal to try and get a refund on January 1st
They suddenly started to message and said they’d organised a courier pick up my faulty part and send a new one.
Courier never showed , it’s now been three days since courier should have arrived. Paypal give 12 days to settle the claim with supplier or they close it. I had to escalate claim on day 12 or I’d lose my money. Still have to wait 30 days for PayPal to decide if I get my money.
Buyer beware is my only advice.

I ordered some parts for a boiler as this company was the only one that seemingly had all of them in stock. After paying I looked at the reviews and feared the worse as the communication is non existent. However 3 working days later, every part has arrived so although they could improve on letting you know delivery estimates, can’t fault the service I’ve received.

Ordered a part for broken boiler (no heating or hot water), got confirmation of order, 2 emails requesting for further details on data label, emails back and forward. Day I'm expecting part to arrive get an email at 4.32 in afternoon advising order cancelled as there was a pricing error. Surely this would have been known the day order placed given email exchanges during that day. Unaceptable delay in informing customer order cannot be fulfilled. As a result 2 children still in a cold house with no hot water and unable to order another part as no refund as yet so I havent got enough funds to order elsewhere!!!

Why are they selling parts online with the promise of next day delivery when they don't even have the part in stock absolutely disgusting I'm try to run a professional business but be made to look incompetent because of a company like this

DO NOT USE! The WORST customer service Ive ever come across. They dont inform you of anything. Didn't send a tracking number, my parts have been held in customs for a month as they needed our company info but HSP didn't pass on any of the notifications. Im now at risk of them being returned and I can guarantee you HSP wont resend or help. They dont communicate anything when you ask questions. HOW they are still in business is crazy to me.

Made the oreder on 1/5/23. Completely wron part sent. Still awaiting the correct part nearly 3 months later. They have never responded to my emails or returned my phone calls. I am out of pocket and have the wrong part. Never never buy anything from thius company
