The item is what I was exactly what I was looking for at a great price.
I nearly never received it as it was delivered to a different street by Parcelforce . And the person who had the been delivered the item had opened up my package .Eventually I got it back but this mishap was a Parcelforce problem and not Heatingandbathrooms fault.The item is perfect for the job.

It would have been 5 stars if the radiator had arrived within the timescale stated. I missed my plumber slot because it was late. Also, I wasn't advised that the delivery would be on the day it arrived - lucky I was in. On the plus side, when you ring to check, a human being answers very quickly. A novelty these days and very welcome.

I think this review is extremely harsh especially when at the time The whole country was going through a crisis due to a lack of fuel and a lack of drivers. Which was eventually dealt with by the deployment of the ARMY!
We maintained good communication throughout and informed you of the expected delay straight away, gave you the option for a full and immediate refund and you decided that you wanted to wait for the goods.
We informed you of when the goods were eventually on its way as soon as they were dispatched.
Service wise there was not much more we could have done during a time where the whole supply chain had issues in the the country.
