Radiator
Radiator arrived with a bent surround which I had to straighten, no point complaining I thought. Couldn't be bothered to make a return. The price was very good however.

You placed the order on 18th November 2015 at 10:24am and all goods were delivered to you on 19th November 2015 at 11:09am. You also state that goods were damaged but however you have not informed us regarding any damage, if you have damages then you need to speak to our customer support team and they will be more then willing to help resolve your problems because as a company we do not shy away from our obligations.

Unbelievably helpful staff who couldn't do enough to make sure I got the best product at a competitive price delivered on time.
Delivery day arrived and I was kept up to date over the delivery slot. The package arrived really well packed so nothing could get damaged.
There is nothing not to like about these guys.
You really have no reason to buy heating products from anywhere else. Great price, service and customer support. You can often find one of those 3 attributes with heating equipment suppliers but rarely all 3. I'm looking forward to placing my next order with them.

Vaillant Boiler
I needed a boiler fast and ordered one from Heatcodirect mainly as they were the best value I could find.
It arrived 3 days later as promised on a well wrapped pallet.
They kept me updated ref delivery and cannot fault the service supplied.
