Communication was excellent both at booking and on the day of the service. I was contacted within 45minutes of Paul's arrival and the service appeared thorough and was well documented. Any concerns were flagged and discussed and comfort given at to the boiler's operational health.

I’ve used Paul at Heatcare South for well over a decade now. He’s done my yearly services and come out whenever I’ve had an issue, which to be fair was only once. My boiler was losing pressure regularly and he solved the problem first time. He quiet, polite, efficient and fairly priced. Would recommend highly.

All round excellent service. Good communication organising the appointment and checking model of boiler so right parts were on-site if needed, prior to appointment. Engineer attended appointment on time, made no mess while servicing and helpfully let me video him showing how to read the pressure and top up water on the boiler, should it be needed in-between services. Work was completed efficiently and took less time than expected. I will definitely be booking in again for next year’s service.
