I had an emergency and the engineer show me professionalism , he came and tried his best to resolve the issue. It’s a kind person, call on my behalf to gas supplier to explain what he find out and tell them to came asap to change the gas meter. I will recommend to everyone because he provided a professional service.
Leon came out at short notice when we had an issue with our boiler. He assessed it quickly, went out and got the part and fitted it straight away. Leon explained the issue and what was needed. Very pleased and would highly recommend Leon.
I had a issue where my hot water was fluctuating when taking showers, running a bath or washing up in sink. I rang Leon to arrange a date to come investigate. Upon inspection, he was able to identify the root cause and then gave explanation with quote on costs to resolve. Leon then came back as soon as the parts were available for fitting and did a major service of the system including flush, inhibitor and putting in a hive thermostat (highly recommend!). Although, it's been a week, I've had no issue with hot water since and Leon had since reached out to check up on how it's been. Excellent customer service. Kept me informed on all stages, taught me a few things on boiler care and very responsive to messages.
My boiler broke at night in the middle of January and I contacted Leon to help me get this sorted. He responded immediately, gave me a remote initial assistance and requested the parts that were needed all that same night. He then attended the following date, having the new part and got my boiler sorted in less than 24hrs! He is also very straight forward with prices. Really best service I have had when it comes to heating and plumbing. Highly recommended!
