Had trouble sending company emails from…

Had trouble sending company emails from phone and laptop. I raised a support ticket and within a couple of hours received a helpful response telling me certain things had been updated, to leave it a while then reset and the situation was resolved and all working perfectly, no dramas.

Absolutely and utterly delighted with the support Carmen gave us today. We have a very complex domain ownership query which was increasingly urgent, for a customer in CNI, and they managed this flawlessly. Perfect service, am incredibly thankful on behalf of my customer.

Domain forwarding issue…

Outstanding customer support

Outstanding customer support which helped a noob like me import an existing website onto Heart Internet's servers and get it up and running again (which was more complicated than first envisaged). Tak was extremely knowledgeable and made constructive and helpful suggestions as well as being very patient with me and promptly replying to my many support tickets. I learnt a lot as well as being very satisfied with the service received. Highly recommended.

Account Hosting Change

I was dealing with Tak in customer services who helped me move over my account to a new hosting setup. It was very a very smooth and simple process, and Tak did pretty much everything. I didn't experience any down time and was very happy with the service.

Alex and the team at Heart Internet…

Alex and the team at Heart Internet have been absolutely fantastic. I raised an urgent support ticket and Alex responded quickly with clear, thorough guidance that was extremely easy to follow. Everything was explained properly, with no confusion or back and forth, just great, efficient support exactly when it was needed.

I genuinely haven’t come across this level of IT support in years. An excellent service from start to finish.
