Been scammed like everyone else

Been scammed like everyone else. I placed my order April 21st, numerous emails later and still nothing. Looks like we were all duped. I’d like to take this further but don’t know how to report them!

Hateful scammers

I too got a ‘best wishes’ card sent from China after parting with £120 via Instagram. I’m in contact with Meta to alert them to this huge scam.

Order never shipped and zero customer support

I placed an order on May 10th, 2025 (Order No. 7716), totalling €143.82. Several weeks later, I have not received any update. I reached out to customer service multiple times and never received a response. The company provided no explanation and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I’ve now had to request a cancellation and refund due to their complete lack of fulfilment.

I do not recommend this store. My experience was extremely disappointing and dishonest. Heartgalore is not trustworthy and shows no respect for its customers.

I found the link through Instagram so I think they are responsible for advertising fraudulent company and should refund us

TOTAL SCAM

I ordered a small stool supposedly from Zara. As with previous reviewers' experience, only a card arrived saying 'Best wishes'. A TOTAL SCAM.

Thieves!

I placed a small order, then changed my mind within a few hours. Contacted them and they refused to cancel, stating it had been dispatched. I should have known better! It was a running Ad on Instagram and they used photos from Zara etc and didn’t use their own. So I waited 28 days to receive a Best Wishes card. I had contacted my credit card Co. to alert them and they got my money back. The website is not up and running and they’ll no doubt run another Ad.

Buyer beware!! If it’s seems too good to be true it usually is. Google the company first.

Total scam from start to finish.

Total scam from start to finish.
I placed an order and received… a cheap “Best Wishes” card instead. That’s it. No product, no explanation — just pure fraud.

Luckily, I didn’t spend a fortune — but it’s still money stolen.
Avoid this fake site at all costs. I’m reporting them and advising others to do the same. Don’t fall for it!

It's undoubtedly a fraudulent company whose access should be blocked

I came across a link on instagram promoting the zara home outlet. Everything seemed credible, from the way it was advertised on instagram to the layout of the website, which was identical to that of zara home. However, what I received was a small envelope, delivered to my post office, with a card saying ‘best wishes’. I felt defrauded, cheated, and that card was a real mockery of the situation I was in. I've been sending constant emails and even trying to get information via the website chat, without any enlightening feedback. It's undoubtedly a fraudulent company whose access should be blocked, but they're still in business and certainly fooling many others.
