Jeg kan virkelig anbefale at deltage i Heartfulness Yoga og meditation kurser og retreats på Vrads Sande meditationscenter, som er en perle af meditativ fred, et åbent og indbydende fællesskab, og god undervisning og vejledning af erfarne trænere. Selve meditationen er altid gratis og du kan få individuel vejledning som en hjælp i din meditations praksis.
