THE 100 DAY RETURNS PROCESS IS NOT…
THE 100 DAY RETURNS PROCESS IS NOT STRAIGHTFORWARD AND REALLY ANNOYING
The Hears have a little metal snap-fit cover which you have to push on to insert the Hears into your ear. My cover kept falling off: the snap-fit was too loose. So I decided to return them under the very generous-sounding 100 day return policy.
The returns process was long, drawn out and required several emails and photos of all components and packaging. I had the feeling Hears just wanted me to give up. I have never experienced a returns process as inconvenient as this. Read the other reviews to see what awaits you in case of return - I wish I did. Even after Hears received my shipment (which I had to pay for) I had to write another email to beg for my money back.
DON’T BE FOOLED BY WHAT SOUNDS LIKE A VERY GENEROUS RETURN POLICY. IT IS A TOTAL PAIN.
UPDATE:
After this negative review, an extremely friendly customer support person (bot?) contacted me, acknowledged that my Hears were indeed faulty and SENT ME A REPLACEMENT PAIR FREE OF CHARGE. I am relatively happy with this outcome because the Hears do fit nicely and I can wear them all evening without noticing them. But my whole Hears experience would have been better if the returns process had been less hassle.

Love the product
First of all, the Hears earplugs really let me enjoy a concert without losing dynamics in sound.
Unfortunately I had a damage issue with a plate, but Hears helped me fast and replaced the damaged plug within a few days.

What a slimy company
What a slimy company. They actually deleted my previous review, even though I provided my exact order details.
They are selling overpriced plastic that doesn't work any better than cheap foam earplugs.
The return process is an absolute nightmare. First, you have to deal with back-and-forth emails from support trying to talk you out of the return. Then, you are forced to pay for return shipping, fill out a tedious form, and take pictures of every single item. I am now well past the timeframe for my promised refund and still haven't received it. I will be initiating a chargeback with my credit card company. Buyer beware.

These earpods really do the job!
I ordered this product about a month ago, and unfortunately, it was lost in transit. I reached out for support and was lucky enough to be contacted by Mark from customer service. I received a new pair of earplugs very quickly—and this time, they arrived safely. I tested them at a concert and can say they really do the job; I got home without any ringing in my ears. Highly recommended!

I ordered on 14 august. I never received any update.
I mailed, no reaction. And yet, you mailbox fills its-self with mails from Hears, trying to make you buy again. Every mail makes you irritated, because you hope it's a mail about your order and that you finally receive it.
After posting this on Trustpilot, I was immediately contacted bij Alliah and the next week I received my order (or at least 3 the same and one in another colour then I ordered). The contact with Alliah was good.
When Hears answer the mails that are send to the customerservice, thing will be solved sooner and better.
That's why I'm changing this review from 1 to 3.

Sleep Hear Plugs
I purchased the Sleep Hear Plugs as my husband snores! I've been using throwaway plugs but they don't work, fall out, hurt my ears. So I thought I'd try Hears.
They fit perfectly, block out all snore sounds and it feels like they aren't even in my ears. I thought one had fallen out the other day but it hadn't! Love them and highly recommend ❤️

Great customer service
Really good customer service with advice on how to help with my issue and when that couldnt be sorted i was offered a free replacement without sending my others back which is amazing. Replies are a little slow amd usually are about 1 or 2 a day but the service within those replies was amazing from Sofie who helped me. And obviously the product is really good too
