Rahim made time to fit me in for ear wax removal at short notice. Rahim had a very friendly and relaxing approach. The process was relatively easy and not uncomfortable. It took about 15 minutes in total and every step was carefully explained. All the ear wax was successfully removed and made an immediate improvement in my hearing.

Rahim managed to see me on the day I contacted him which was incredibly helpful. My ear was micro-suctioned in a matter of moments and the results were amazing. Particularly pleased that Rahim is an Audiologist which is reassuring.

Wow what an experience. My hearing aids whistled so I was told I need my ears unblocking. Advised to take drops to soften wax, sat down this morning, before pictures taken, right ear washed then suction, left ear the same, new pictures, now I know what an eardrum looks like, professional job, not only can I hear better I haven’t used my aids all day. Such a wonderful service for both myself and my daughters to use when ear problems occur. We have all had microsuction over the last few years of being to the clinic and it has always produced such a perfect results. Rahim is so welcoming and clearly explains all treatment plans.

Great service easy to find and sorted my problem out quickly and efficiently

I could genuinely not have asked for a more professional experience from start to finish thank what I received from Rahim today. The appointment booking was so easy to do online. Easy to find and park. Met by Rahim and Millie the super friendly dog. The treatment room is immaculate and a very calm space. An all round first class service and I cannot recommend Rahim enough. Thank you so much.

Rahim welcomed me he took the time to explain to me the process of the ear wax removel he spoke to me all the time whilst he was doing it asking if i was in any pain the procedure was quick and i walked out able to hear again. i will be returning to Rahim again.
