1st time ordering. Liquid product was well packaged. They used Can post which is better for me. Order info and Tracking provided after a few days. Dont expect immediate turnaround

Horrible customer service
You sent me no indication that you were out of stock of something that I ordered until a full week later... then I contacted your horrific customer service people to be told that I was sent an email... I was not... but had I been, I would have replied asking to get 2 more of the other sunscreen that I ordered... Now i am getting my other items late and i have to scramble to get the sunscreen... I also went on today and guess what... the item that I ordered is in fact available online but I had to spend more $$$ so I could get the shipping (sadly this is the place I can find this) but after I get it I will stop shoping at the store and online and stick to wholefoods... dont waste your time here!

Good range of healthy products
They are a Canadian company who have a wide range of organic food staples and hypoallergenic cleaners and toiletries. Shipping within Canada is free if you spend over $60, but expensive at less than that. Everything arrives in good condition.

The only reason I didn’t go 5 stars was my last order - I received a note saying “credit memo” 🤷🏼♀️?? It did not say why. When the rest of the order was received it listed that item as out of stock. Please add that detail in the credit memo. 😊

Unfortunately, we have had this issue reported before, specifically with this brand (Pure Anada) -- I have processed a full refund for you on that product and sent you a separate confirmation email to verify (note that it says "Credit Memo," but it is indeed a direct refund for the product back to the Visa you used)!
