Once again, the carrier said it could not deliver my package and was returning it to Healthymood. This is the second time in a row that this has happened.
I emailed Healthymood five days ago and still have not heard back.

I did not receive all the products which were ordered and paid for. I made contact previously with your firm and was told that the products would be sent, but I still ahve not received them. Can someone please look into this and either send the products or make a refund?

I’ve been waiting for more than a month…
I’ve been waiting for more than a month and still haven’t received my order. There has been no communication or updates regarding which courier will be handling the delivery. When I contacted customer support, they simply told me to check the local post office, and only then did they provide me with the name of the shipping company handling the shipment.
They also offered to send a new order with better tracking, but with fewer capsules as compensation for the upgraded tracking option.
If you’re in the EU, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. I can’t speak for customers in the UK, though.
