i was here in izmir to get my breast reduction. the hospital and hotel was fantastic. could have asked for any better. coming to turkey has been a good experience. and this is all thanks to Semih, as he always tended to my needs and made sure I was comfortable. I 100% recommend the healthy life clinic.

So Grateful for Healthy Life Clinic – 20kg Down and a Whole New Confidence!

A year ago, I travelled to Turkey through Healthy Life Clinic for a gastric balloon procedure, and looking back now, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve lost 20kg, and not only do I feel healthier, but I finally feel like me again – more confident, happier, and in control of my life.

The procedure was carried out by Dr. Serkan, who was professional, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. Everything went smoothly, and I felt completely safe in his care. But honestly, what made the entire experience even better was the incredible patient coordinator Semih - He took care of every single detail – accommodation, hospital transfers – and were always available to answer questions and offer support. Without their careful planning and constant communication, none of this would have been possible.

Another huge plus was the dietician support I received. This wasn’t just a “quick fix” – I had consistent guidance that helped me change my eating habits, stay motivated, and keep the weight off long after the balloon was placed. That kind of long-term support made all the difference.

Later on, I returned to Healthy Life Clinic to have plastic surgery with Dr. Idris Elmas, and again, I couldn’t be happier. I had a lollipop lift with new breast implants, and I am honestly so impressed with the results. Dr. Idris really took the time to listen to my concerns and understand what I wanted. He made me feel comfortable and confident, and the results are exactly what I’d hoped for – natural, balanced, and beautifully done.

The nurses who looked after me post-op were just amazing – kind, attentive, and always making sure I was comfortable. They really went above and beyond, and I felt so well cared for during my recovery.

I have to give a special mention to my patient coordinator, Semih, who was truly exceptional from start to finish. He was incredibly kind, patient, and always just a message away whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. Semih made sure everything ran smoothly – from booking to arrival, surgery days, and aftercare. He genuinely cared about my comfort and experience, and without him, I honestly don’t think things would’ve gone as perfectly as they did. People often overlook how important coordinators are, but the truth is, surgeries like this simply wouldn’t happen without them. Semih is a huge asset to Healthy Life Clinic, and I can’t thank him enough.

Overall, I can’t recommend Healthy Life Clinics enough. From start to finish, it’s been a supportive, professional, and truly life-changing experience. If you’re thinking of making a change, you’ll be in the best possible hands with them.

TRIP 1.. despite traveling alone I was never alone... greeted with a smile at the airport.. supported before, during and after at every appointment.. given the VIP treatment throughout.. Semih there to answer any questions and keep me calm..

Goodbye 50kg.. almost 8stone..

TRIP 2.. Just 10 months later.. I made it to my goal weight.. now to make it all look pretty.. I returned as half the person I was ready for my MMO feeling so much more comfortable ahead of surgery..

VIP treatment again and my very own Angel Semih there throughout.. upon arrival to the hospital.. all the way to theatre and even in recovery to remind me how strong I was and it was done.. everyone at HLC was so attentive.. courteous and accommodating.. I feel so blessed to have crossed paths with Semih and the team..

Whilst having MMO was so much more of an operation than GS.. it didn't feel like it as I was so well looked after.. all the staff are very knowledgeable and only too happy to help or answer any questions..

It felt good returning.. showing off my progress and them recognising me/remembering my journey.. contact after each surgery has always been maintained..

My only regret.. why didn't I do this sooner..

I have enjoyed holidays with my children.. have so many photos now to relive the memories.. and so much more to come..
