I have the raspberry lemon flavour as a trial. I love the taste in cold water, it’s refreshing and not a sharp lemon taste.
They are so easy to use, just add one sachet to a glass of cold water or hot(not tried it yet)
Not powdery just refreshing and helps to relax me, after a busy day at work and for bedtime. 🥱

Ok I was skeptical about the product but given the fact the first order was free I had nothing to lose. I am a 50 years old and menopausal so sleeping through the whole night seems like a life time ago. First night I tried it with cold water, wow that was a bit bitter for me but I still drank all of it. Next night I tried it with hot water. Total game changer yum yum. Did it work… simple answer is yes! It does. Give it a go!!

I've really enjoyed this product. Tastes gorgeous and actually I could sip it all day as juice. I feel it does help with sleep, along with healthy PM routine, and honestly the 1 star reviews are totally unreasonable and should look into zopiclone prescription or something. Customer service and delivery great honestly I would highly recommend.

I get some really good sleep when I take this. Gave a few sachets to a friend who also rated it as very good!

Perhaps I didn't need magnesium!! I took it for 10 days and found no difference whatsoever in either my daily life or sleep.

I ordered the free trial of magnesium glycinate drinks for my husband as he has trouble sleeping. However he didn’t like the taste and only had a couple of the sachets. Rather than waste the remaining sachets, I decided to try them for myself. I already take magnesium from another company but I found the sachets had a refreshing taste and I also slept well. The only downside was an extra trip to the bathroom because of the extra fluid before bed. However I did go straight back to sleep again which doesn’t often happen. I’ve decided to switch to The Healthy Metal magnesium but I’m going to finish my other magnesium subscription first.

Have taken a two week course and not noticed any difference whatsoever.
The advertising says that it taste like a substitute for wine. No, it taste like a substitute for lem sipand it’s hard to drink so just had to knock it back.
Haven’t noticed any positive results in my sleep pattern or well being so very disappointing . I would not recommend this product.

I have suffered from poor sleep for around 20 years and all the various “cures” had little or no effect.
My wife has used Healthy Metal until she retired and now doesn’t need it as she sleeps soundly so I tried some for a week and was over the moon with happiness as actually slept !
I have been using HM now for 3 months and it works perfectly for me…..feel refreshed upon waking up and a lot calmer.
I highly recommend this product.

I honestly wanted to enjoy this but I really didn't like it. I tried it in some orange juice, that was a bit better but it's not for me. Too sweet I think.

I purchased the trial pack and it seemef to help with my sleep so I am now trying a 30 day pack hope it keeps helping

It’s great the only trouble is I’ve ran out and started getting cramps again in the night so u need to order more as it helped me sleep and generally feel calmer it tastes nice too

An excellent product.
I've been trying to filter out some of my 'negative' coping strategies and have been taking a dose of Healthy Metal around the same time each evening. The flavour is incredible and I like it in ice cold water. Best thing tho? It's helped me be a more up and at em kinda person in the mornings. Pretty impressive

Not sure whether my sleep has changed/improved. I still wake in the night but a really relaxing tasty drink just before bed. Great way to wind down the evening.

I purchased the trial pack for my partner and I a little while back and we we're both surprised at how effective it was.

Roll on two months and finances being abit better, I got us two of the 30 day packs, and same good results! I'm not waking up far too early, and my evergy levels are steadier through out the day, and more alert in the mornings.
I'm not going to say it'll work for everyone, but its worth a go.

I suffer from Hashimoto’s. I had fidgety legs and didn’t sleep very well. Since starting Healthy Metal Magnesium, my legs are somewhat better & I sleep better too! I am on a Facebook page for Hashimoto’s & have told people how good it is. The taste is ok, would be nice if it was tastier, but it does the job & I am happy with it.

I really love this magnesium supplement. It has has helped me sleep more restfully and with less vivid and intense dreams.

It’s really tasty - I don’t like artificial tastes and just find this super zesty and refreshing.

I will definitely be repurchasing.
