For me this isnt just about sleeping through the night without waking anymore, it is also about resetting my nervous system. Rapid heart rate for years and nothing was helping I was just stuck in a loop. I tried the trial and the offer to add some sachets on top and after around 10 days my heart beat was regulating. I have subscribed ever since. This isnt something you can pick up and put down. Use it nightly and the results speak for themselves. I now sleep through the night and have a regular heartbeat and less anxiety.

I recently ordered a trial pack where I just had to pay the postage and took advantage of adding an additional pack meaning I received 12 sachets.
I’ve tried everything over the years as I’ve suffered insomnia and sleep deprivation which has lead onto other health problems so I’m very sceptical and this was an ideal chance to try before wasting any more money.
I have just finished the 7 nights pack last night and all I can say is WOW!!! I fell asleep, stayed asleep until I needed to loo and it was restful sleep. What is this sorcery ?
I’ve preferred it as a warm drink towards bedtime.m

The service from Healthy Metal is very good and they reply to emails. I’ve only been using the product for nine days so unable, yet, to comment as I feel it’s too early. However, I have been sleeping an extra hour. I’m now sleeping 12 - 4am. Hoping for better but not bad after just 9 sachets. The taste is pleasant too.

Well what can I say I certainly have slept better since using this it tastes like lemon barley it’s not quite sweet enough for me so I add 2 saccharine s to sweeten it and what a difference it makes I could quite drink it quickly but do try and sip it as stated

The Healthy Metal lemon-flavoured sachets have a lovely flavour and have become a great thing to drink after my nightly Tai Chi exercises. Very refreshing and I am sure the magnesium helps me to avoid muscle cramps.

Healthy Metal is a great way to get magnesium glycinate into your night time routine. I have bought quite a few of the trials because I don’t take them every night as I have other supplements with the same dose I take when I don’t fancy an extra drink. It’s also quite a big outlay to buy the subscription packs all at once. I do find that the trial codes are very hit and miss but it is my preferred way to buy this product.

The taste of the product is great, it’s a sweet and sour lemon taste, it is supposed to be raspberry as well but I can’t taste it. It’s very refreshing and can be taken hot or cold. It’s a lovely way to wind down in the evenings.

They are bringing out a new flavour soon and I’m really hoping it’s nothing with peach or mango as I don’t like those type of tastes but a watermelon or strawberry would be fantastic.

I recommend this company.

I love the product! The taste is really nice and refreshing and it certainly has improved my sleep. I drink it every night before I go to bed which means I am well hydrated for the night plus benefit from the effects of Magnesium. Also their customer service is excellent. After years of the odd drink before bed I thought I’d give this a go. Now I’m not going to say this 100% works for everyone but has really helped me kick the wine habit, not sure if it’s the active ingredients or the fact it tastes really good and I feels like that’s what I’ve been craving. I have made this my nightly routine.
