Healthy Metal Reviews 

I purchased the 12 night initial offer, to give healthy metal a fair trial.
However, I won't be purchasing any more.
Reading the reviews I seem to be the only person they don't suit. I didnt really notice any difference in my sleep (I still woke at 3/4am) or general well being.
I just had side effects.
1. I awoke with a really muzzy head, as if I had taken a sleeping pill
2. A very dry mouth and throat
3. Upset stomach.
It is 3 days since I finished my supply and I havent had a muzzy head or dry throat on waking and my stomach has returned to normal.

Been having a lot of stress and sleepless nights lately, which led to palpitations and feeling faint. After taking this product, the raspberry and lemon, ive relaxed a lot more and feel much better cos I've had better sleep. Love the flavour. I dont know whether I'll be able to continue, as the cost is a bit too much for me. Even though I think the product is Def worth it. I've been taking it in the evening about 9pm, and going to be at 10pm, and it's reduced the time I lay awake before dropping off. When I wake up it doesn't take me as long to get back to sleep. More flavours would be lovely, although I really like the R&L

I recently tried the new mango & pineapple version, and am very impressed with the results, It’s a softer drink more comparable to diluting juice, yet still with the same results, leg cramps appear to have disappeared but will continue with Healthy Metal in case of a return, also finding sleep a lot easier, will change to the new flavour once it becomes available

I have been taking Healthy Metal Magnesium powders for a few years now & they work really well in keeping my migraines at bay.
Unfortunately I really dislike the taste of The Mango 🥭 & pineapple 🍍. It tastes far too sweet & sickly & somehow weaker. I will stick to the original flavour from now on

Healthy metal does exactly what it says it does. I was dubious at first, but I felt more awake first thing in the morning from the very first day of taking it than I have for years. Its worked for me and the delivery was quick. The only downsudecfor me is the cost. I find it a tad expensive.

Great taste, although I am looking forward to trying the new mango and pineapple flavour. Great service from the Healthy Metal Team. My sleep has gradually improved over the last few weeks since using this product … I am even reaching sleep scores of 90+.

I am going through the menopause and like many ladies struggle to sleep and I use a glass of wine to relax . I saw in an advert that this can replace / do the same to sleep as a glass of wine so I tried it - night one I sipped it like it said - nothing night two sipped it like it said nothing night 3 drank it as I would a fizzy vitamin and SLEPT not looked back - highly recommend it .

I’ve struggled with getting to sleep for a good few years and I’ve tried many other products, that didn’t work. This one however only took about 7 days until it started switching my mind off and allowing me to fall asleep. I track my sleep with an Oura ring, and for the first time I’m actually scoring either good or excellent sleep scores. I will definitely be carrying on with this nightly routine.

They taste very nice. Shipment is fast arrives within a couple of working days.
I used to drink just water all the time, I used to have terrible sleeps. I would sleep for about 3 to 4 hours then wake up then find it hard to get back to sleep I would be tossing and turning the rest of the time.
I saw an advert for healthy metal and how its important to replace your magnesium every night and it helped your sleep.
I tried lots of other things which never worked. So my surprise when the second or third night of using this magnesium powder and I was going straight to sleep and waking up a lot later.
I will say during this hot weather it hasnt worked as well but better than not taking it. Its the heat during the heat wave causing the problem cannot blame the Healthy metal.

My delivery didn’t arrive, no problem, a replacement was sent immediately, top marks !!

I love the raspberry lemonade flavour, I’m not as keen on the pineapple mango but certainly not horrid. My sleep seems deeper since taking, so a good addition to my nighttime routine.

What a difference in just a couple of weeks. I used to wake at 3am almost every day with really restless legs and my mind buzzing with everything I needed to get done the following day... or thinking about what I 'didn't' get done that day but now...WOW!

I take my drink around 9pm daily with ice cold water and I wake feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

If I ever forget to take it, I notice the difference immediately. It is a fantastic product and I am so pleased I found it as I have tried various supplements over the years post menopause and most turned out to be gimmicks with very little result.

Healthy Metal is the real deal, I have now been taking it for three months and just ordered my next three months worth. Highly recommended, try the trial first and see how you get on as different people will have different results I'm sure.

I have been recommending it to all of my friends and family as we are all over the '50's bracket' and were suffering similar symptoms with sleep patterns etc.

I ordered the 5 day trial but added on another 7 days. I am halfway through. My experience is mostly positive. I love the concept of enjoying the ‘ritual’ of a time to relax in the evening. I have not experienced better sleep as yet but certainly do feel more relaxed and calm. My only disappointment was the taste - which certainly isn’t unpleasant - but not particularly ‘tart’ as described - and I didn’t taste any raspberry at all. However, I really like the product enough to continue using it. Perhaps the next 7 days will produce some more positive results and better sleep.

Love the taste. I drink it cold about an hour before bed. I have so far had the 5 night trial but not noticed any difference in my sleeping. However, I did feel a little bit sick this morning and have suffered headaches for a couple of days.
I have a further 7 nights supply, so will see if anything changes.

tried the sample pack initially , which my husband loved, said he had the best night's sleep ever!
Have ordered him the monthly pack, and he says they really do help him to get to sleep, and more importantly, stay asleep.
Can definitely recommend this product. Much better than his previous magnesium pills.
