I’ve used the links to different sites to get the discounts for overseas travel, coach fares - you name it! Now loving the instant gift vouchers in supermarkets, use them almost every time I shop.

Excellent. Some of the discount code don’t work!!

Lastminute.com came up as a partner and showed a code to apply when at payment stage. Selected the hotel, dates etc and booked. When I entered the code it said not acceptable, so received no benefit.

Sometimes it’s for a planned purchase, insurance renewal, and sometimes it’s for an emergency, replacement white goods, whatever it is, I have always been able to score a great deal I can compare price, and bag a discount

Too few relevant offers. Many "offers" are pure marketing and available to the general public not people working in health service. Some offers/discounts simply do not work when one attempts to use them.

Great for discounts most of the time ,did have problems trying to use pandora discount gave up in end and got discount direct from them by joining email listing, but over all I've saved using this ,sometimes forget have it so could save more if I think before buying and check for discounts .

Very straightforward site to use. Choose your retailer, get your code and off you go. I always check this site for offers before ordering anything on line. Usually good discounts on offer.

Health Service Discounts are a great service - discounts go a long way and cashback is a real bonus too. Thank you so much for these deals as every little helps in the current climate.

Sometimes very good but if like me you are retired the codes don't work as you have to have an NHS email address or Blue Light Card, which obviously I now don't have. This should be stipulated before you purchasing. There must be another way for retired ex employees to benefit from all deals, for which we are entitled. Even volunteers for NHS have Blue Light Cards. It seems a bit unfair.

This company is doing well overall. However, some of the advertised discounts are not genuine. I had issues with both Vodafone and EE offers. When trying to apply the discounts online, the codes did not work. I then visited the store, and staff informed me that these network discounts had been removed a long time ago, yet they are still being advertised on this company’s website.
This is quite misleading for customers, especially healthcare workers who rely on these offers. I would recommend that the company regularly updates and verifies the discounts displayed on their page to avoid confusion and disappointment.
