Proceed with Caution

I have written previous reviews for this Co since I have started using their GLP1 services. I am going into my 5th month and here is where things currently stand. The medication is working, so there is a good positive thing. When the medication ships, I do get a notice that it is on its way, and it does arrive the following day in a small igloo cooler type packaging with two ice packs. Again, this is a good thing. Past these two positive attributes to the company this is where it stops. My monthly payment always gets denied by my bank because this co is considered a fraud threat. Once I give my bank the OK to allow the charge to go through, I still get bombarded with "your payment was denied" noticed via email and by text for up to two weeks. You have to check in every month and go through a survey as if you are a new customer. I don't mind being asked if the medication is working, how am I feeling etc but treating me as I am a new customer every month is ridiculous. I should be recognized as an established patient. Then the big kicker is The email that I receive that alerts me that I need to do the survey has a contact phone number that is for Skinny RX which I have been told has no affiliation with Health RX. So then why does their number show up on your emails as a contact number ??? I would change Drug provider but at this point the drug is working and the drug is being fulfilled by a pharmacy here in the United States. These administrative issue do give me caution as to the drug itself and if I am actually getting what I think I am getting. If I can figure out how to have the drug analyzed without costing too much that will be my next step. Anyone reading this proceed with caution.

Criminal fraud case

I don’t even have an account with this company, but since June 10th, they have stolen a total of $1,514 from me and refuse to help me. Several of these charges came right after I called them to dispute the charges, so they're intentionally committing fraud. Over $1,000 of stolen money is a felony.

This pharmacy is my worst nightmare

This pharmacy is my worst nightmare. I was 1 day away from getting my pain medications when this stupid pharmacy pulled all my prescriptions. Then they had to call me four or five times to verify my address. I will not keep this pharmacy for long because your pharmacist don't know what your doing. You should have just left my prescriptions alone that were that close to picking up. I'm done with you.As soon as I receive my month late prescriptions I am so done with this pharmacy. I'm calling Medicare and changing my pharmacy. If this is the way you do business then I want nothing, zilch, nada, to do with you. Your reps are ignorant because they tell you they are going to transfer my tramadol back to the pharmacy. Well, news flash!!! I used to be a pharmacy tech and that is impossible. A narcotic cannot be transferred. I just let this rep do his talking because I already know you can't do that!!!!

Just please send my prescriptions please. Don't pull anymore of my prescriptions ever again.

Do Not Do Business With This Company

Everything started off great with this company. I received my order quickly and things seem to be working out okay. About 3 weeks in I went to request a refill and started having problems accessing the website. I wasn't able to access the website for about a week. When I did access the website I had to complete paperwork for the refill three times before it went through. It finally went through and I was immediately charged $289 which was what I was told it would cost each month. The medicine was supposed to arrive until 3 days but a week later I still hadn't received anything and I once again I could not access the website. During this time of not being able to access the website I was emailing their help desk and was receiving responses from two to three different people at a time with each person telling me to do different things repeatedly. It was very confusing. A week after I was supposed to receive my second dose I was finally able to access the website and had to request a refill again, this was now the third time I had requested a refill for my second dose. I was immediately charged $350! I called customer service and at this point I was just so frustrated I said I wanted out of the program and just to cancel everything. They explain that the 289 I was charged a week ago was the wrong amount and I was supposed to be charged $350. This was not the original mode I was told I would be charged for per month So I stated that I wanted my money back and I wanted to just be out of the program. After a lengthy conversation the customer service representative told me that he had processed my request and that I would be let go from the program and would receive all of my money's back it's at this point was the $350 plus the $289 that I had been charged for a second refill that I have yet to receive. He also said I would be receiving a call from his supervisor to further discuss my issues. Initially I received notice for my bank of appending refund of $509 which is $140 short of what my refund was supposed to be. Then that pending refund was canceled. The next day I'm miraculously received the medication. And I was only refunded $209. Even if I decided to stay with the program this weekend amount was $80 short of what I should have been refunded if according to the customer service representative the $350 I was subsequently charged with the correct amount and they were refunding me the $289 that I was charged because it was the wrong amount. I still have not received a call back from customer service. I will be filing a claim with a better business bureau of course on this website and on any other platform that I can. Do not do business with this company I am hoping to at least get the full refund of $289 back.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. Couldn’t fulfill in two weeks so I cancelled. They then shipped three weeks later to an address from which I had moved, and still charged me. Reported through credit card as I have my emails, but company is still saying they operated in good faith. Idiots. Avoid, there are many other options.

I just tried to order and use my…

I just tried to order and use my capital one credit card; they would not pay this company! When I reached out to them to see why my purchase was denied they informed me that they will not let their patrons do business with these guys due to the high rate of fraud filed against them by their patrons. Buyers be ware! So many of these companies have high rankings but are frauds!
