I was in HBA for 2.5 years

I was in HBA for 1 full year, then upgraded to their mastery program for a full year and nothing but an amazing experience. Yuri, Bela, and Jim are rock stars and amazing at what they do. Building out the PCP to run paid ads was an amazing asset we built for our business, but on top of that as well is their sales call reviews and all of the selling skills that we learned as well too. On top of that, the delivery, just being able to watch them for two years on how they deliver to their clients, how they fulfill the client experience, gave us so many ideas for our business to implement. It's just been nothing but a great experience. I have nothing but the best things to say for the whole entire Healthpreneur group and the mission that they are on. Highly recommend them!

Amazing

I recently attended their live event. I've been with Healthpreneur for more than three years, and they have consistently helped me grow my business while working less. The value, support, and guidance they provide are outstanding. Highly recommended.

Working with them changed my life…

Working with Healthpreneur changed my career and my life! They're the real deal - I can truly say they delivered on the notion of taking me from burning out doing 1-on-1 to scaling online with a high-ticket offering! SO incredibly grateful!!

Feeling scammed

I have had a lot of time to reflect on this and wanted to give them a 3 originally based on the amount of group calls they offered and quality of two of those group coaches, but after comparing the cost to the results and having used a few other programs now, it was definitely too expensive. Look elsewhere especially if you’re newer to online marketing without a large following. They got me to spend the full amount and I got no where ultimately now digging out of a hole. It would have worked if they had tailored their approach more to where I was at in my business. Based on the price they really should have offered more personalization. I’m getting better results now with a program that’s about one fifth of the cost.

Hi John,

We're sorry to hear that the Health Business Accelerator (HBA) program did not deliver the outcome you were hoping for.

As with any coaching program, results can vary significantly based on factors such as experience level, offer strength, and consistency of execution. While many clients have built new skills and successful businesses through HBA, we recognize that not every client achieves the results they were aiming for.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you've found a program that better fits your current needs. We wish you continued success moving forward.

Healthpreneur - business accelerator…

I was in Healthpreneur's program for all of 2025. Healthpreneur’s Business Accelerator (HBA) is a 12-month program with a $25,000 commitment. Which per month, is an average cost for a good business coach/ program. The coaches themselves are knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely want to see clients succeed. There is a lot of value in the expertise and resources provided.

However, my concern lies with the lack of transparency during the sales process as well as the exit process.

On the initial sales call, several important questions were minimized or glossed over, specifically the true financial and time commitments required to be successful. While I was told I would need to pay for a few technology subscriptions, there was no clear disclosure about ongoing expenses such as Facebook advertising costs, which can be significant.

Time commitment was also downplayed. I was told during my first coaching consult that my time commitment would require about two hours per day, Soon after, it became clear that fully utilizing the program requires far more. Between attending calls, building your offer, learning ads, conducting sales calls, writing ad copy and nurture emails, and posting consistently on social media, this is effectively a full-time endeavor.

For individuals with minimal outside obligations, this program may be a great fit but does not guarantee success of course. However, for those balancing full-time work, family responsibilities, or other commitments, trying to extract the full value of the program can feel overwhelming and unsustainable.

While there are many strong aspects to this program, I strongly disagree with the lack of upfront transparency regarding both the additional financial investment and the realistic time commitment required to succeed.

Regarding the exit process, nothing was discussed regarding my technology they set me up with. I learned post HBA, I do not have ownership of my automation tech. This was not discussed when I was set up. I had switched from Ontraport to GHL mid program. This type of set up was new to HBA during the middle of my program. They set you up as a subaccount user (much like an employee) and they are the agency admin. Meaning, they own and have full control of your GHL and content. This does not allow you to contact GHL support and you must go through Healthpreneur for support.

Just know what you are getting into and prepare for rebuilding GHL post HBA if you want full ownership and control of your automation software and advertising funnel.

I would have given this a 3 star but moved it to a 2 star due to their lack of transparency with my questions to be able to be fully prepared to utilize an expensive program you are locked into for a year as well as the exit process.

Update 3-16-26.
Upon rebuilding my new ad funnel in Go High Level after being in Healthpreneur, I am SO glad I did. I have full control of my funnel. The support through GHL is amazing!! I mean, amazing! If I was still under Healthprenuers shackles with them owning my GHL account, the level of support lacked big time. so frustrating. Just know what you are getting into and ask the questions!

Thanks for taking the time to share this and for the thorough feedback.

I’m glad to hear you found the coaching team supportive and knowledgeable, that’s something we care a lot about.

I do want to address a few of the points you raised, because they matter.

On time and financial commitment:

Building a scalable client acquisition system, especially one that includes paid traffic, does require a real investment of both time and capital, particularly during the build and launch phases. Some clients approach this in a more part-time capacity, while others treat it as a focused growth sprint.

That said, if it felt different than what you expected going in, that’s on us to be clearer. We’ve since made expectations around both time and effort much more explicit so clients can better assess fit upfront.

On advertising costs:

Paid ads are one of the core levers we teach for predictable growth, so there is naturally a budget that comes with that. That said, your point on clarity is fair, and it’s something we’ve continued to improve in how we communicate during the assessment process.

On Go High Level setup and ownership:

I want to clarify this piece, as there may have been some misunderstanding.

During your time in the program, your account was set up within our GHL agency environment. This is a common setup that allows our team to more efficiently build, troubleshoot, and support funnels during implementation.

You still had full access to your account, including your funnels, automations, contacts, and data. There were no limitations on what you could build, edit, or manage.

Where your feedback is fair is on the support experience. At that time, we were in the middle of rolling out this setup, and our systems and response times didn’t consistently meet the standard we expect.

We’ve since made significant improvements there, including faster response times and more direct access when needed.

At the end of the day, our goal is to help practitioners build real, scalable businesses, and that requires both strong strategy and clear expectations going in.

We appreciate you being part of the program and sharing your perspective. Glad to hear you’re continuing to move things forward.

Wishing you continued success.
