Very happy with this company. My order was delivered in perfect condition, and took a week which is better than many online Australian companies. Will definitely purchase from HealthPost again.
They don't make it obvious that they are posting from NZ unless you click the delivery information section - I don't know about everyone else but that's not a section I check too often on a website that *appears* to be Australian. Unfortunately it is not Australian at all and the shipping time is terrible. Ordered some supplements and over a week later I am still waiting for them, probably stuck in customs... had it been clear I was ordering from overseas I never would have done so. Steer clear.
just bought a eye cream which worth around 35 AUD. I put wrong state but everything else are correct and I emailed twice to their custom service "please change my correct delivery address" and reply their dispatch team will changed it. I believed it has been changed correctly&sent out. However parcel has been returned because no one changed to correct delivery address, so why I need email to you??? Healthpost resent parcel but with my incorrect delivery address again, now I really dont wanna this product!!! I need to wait until they put correct address.
