Wrong product delivered, refund denied, very poor service
I had a very disappointing experience with HealthKart.
I ordered MuscleBlaze Creatine Monohydrate OP, but they delivered a completely different variant (CreAMP). This is clearly a wrong product delivery.
I contacted customer support immediately. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept asking me to wait 24–48 hours repeatedly. After waiting for 6 days, they simply denied refund/replacement without any proper reason.
The product sent also had very short shelf life (near expiry), which was never disclosed at the time of purchase.
This shows:
• careless packaging
• poor customer support
• zero accountability
• no respect for customers’ time or money
If a company cannot even send the correct product and then refuses refund, how can customers trust them?
First and last purchase from HealthKart. I strongly recommend buyers to be careful before ordering.
