BEWARE SCAM COMPANY. Charged me extra after check out. It came up on my bill with a different company name and I got emails from different places with different amounts and invoices. Did agree to refund the extra illegal charge. But refused to cancel my order and now won’t get back to me.
Order never arrived.
Stated it was in transit. Blamed local delivery service.
Claimed local post office returned the item and they want to charge more for a replacement order.
Complete nightmare.
Do not use them.
Not even a 1*
Took 3 weeks to receive items which were ill fitting and really bad quality
Took more money from my account when paying ( got the difference back) but reusing to refund / return and on a £30+ order offering me £4 compensation and told to give the items to someone else!
What an awful company ,been waiting three weeks so far for my delivery ,the company keep blaming it on transit issues . They keep telling me it will get sorted but cannot give me a date or my money back . TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS.Avoid them at all costs
THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A MONEY HARVESTING ENTERPRISE. THEY DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS DESPITE SENDING THE WRONG PRODUCT. THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO SAY THAT THEY SEND THE RIGHT PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH YOU GIVE AMPLE PROOF TO THE CONTRARY. YOU ARE SIMPLY PAYING FOR THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS. THEY ARE PURE FRAUDS.. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT PART WITH A SINGLE CENT!! You have been warned
I placed an order for a bra , did receive item but it was a generic size and was too big. No exchange offered and told to give it to someone else and accept the £2 refund which was later updated to £4. I advised a reputable company would exchange the item for a smaller size, was told I got the size I asked for and that they had tried to help me!! Now not answering .my emails. Avoid if you expect any useful customer service unless you like throwing your money away. Further email received advising they had offered the highest compensation of £4 and I should accept it!
I placed an order on the 23rd October and it's now the 13th November and I have yet to receive it. I have contacted them repeatedly and they have replied saying the item is in transit which I don't believe any more. If they had stated the delivery time was this long I would never have ordered from them. I fully expect the item to be rubbish if I'm honest as this has been a total waste of time to date.
