This is a scam. Once you sign up, they will bill you every month, but you will NEVER make contact with them, and never get any service. You wont ever get a doctor's appoint, you just get a bill.

Absolutely terrible. The website and app are horrible, I've spent 1.5 months trying to get them to resolve a technical issue that will not let me schedule virtual appointments. They open tickets and nothing happens. The give me the run around and it's appalling how terrible they are.
Run, don't walk away from UHC and Healthiest You.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Trying to use this insurance has been the biggest waste of my time. I applied for the insurance and was told my effective policy date was Saturday 1/10/26. I was charged for my policy beginning 1/10/26. I attempted to sign in to schedule an appointment and got an error that my information couldn’t be found. After speaking with 4 customer service reps who were unable to get me an answer, I was told my insurance couldn’t be used until 1/15/26 so the company could “process my information.” When I explained that I was trying to schedule an appointment, I was told that I would need to pay for the visit out of pocket and then apply for reimbursement after my information is processed. Why would I pay out of pocket when I had already been charged for the insurance? The cancellation was very deceiving as well. The date listed was January 31st, but they immediately cancelled the policy. A week later and I still don’t have a refund.
Platform sucks, can not see visit summary. Dr also sucks. I obviously has a sinus infection and she just gave me nose spray. I called 3 days later and another dr gave me a n antibotics prescription, not effective. It seems that most dr there are not competent, they should be replaced by AI
Very aggravated. Had mental health appointment 11/16, where the doctor changed my meds. She told me if anything happens before my next scheduled appointment, like side effects, to contact healthiest you nurses line and they would get a message for my doctor to call me immediately. I have a strange side effect to this new meds last week and don’t know whether to discontinue or what to do. Called nurses line today. Was told I was giving incorrect info and the only way to speak to my doctor would be schedule an appt. My appt is now Dec 2- meanwhile have no idea what to do
Horrible experience. I had a visit scheduled to speak to a mental health provider, and he was a no call no show to the appointment. I submitted a complaint about it, and I never heard back from the customer service/support team. Don't even bother wasting your time signing up for their services.
Scam. As others have said, this feels like a sidehustle for doctors who are trying to run a scam. This is literally the scamiest feeling thing I've done online in years, and I instantly regretted using it.
As the HR Manager for a large company, I have been unable to contact anyone at HealthiestYou. We have a contract, and all employees join when they are hired. Unfortunately, the new hires do not appear in our HealthiestYou account. All phone numbers take you to Teledoc. Find a better EAP!
I had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr Finkleman. He was extremely rude, lacked compassion and continued to harass me about my skin condition instead of being helpful. This service is only good if you get an understanding Dr. I've never been treated so badly.
Their app sucks.
It would be nice to be able to recieve care, and it's great that this is included in my insurance, but it's absolutely useless. Even the phone call option doesn't work most of the time.
