I have used HealthHosts for several years now to host my website, Travelling Light.

People always comment favourably on my website.

I have found Mike and Sue to be very helpful and responsive.

I am in the process of updating it and, once again, they are being helpful. I find the little instruction videos they send me to be really useful when I don't understand something.

I am happy to recommend Health Hosts to you.

Healthhosts have been amazing, from the first call with Sue, she told me they would be there all the way through, and I could phone her not just email.This made such a difference as I’m not good with technology.
Mike produced a great logo and Nels built a great website,I just had to send content, she again was very patient & no problem with going back changing things until they were correct.

I am sure this company have been brilliant with 99% of people unfortunately I am extremely unlucky. I was the 1%. I told Healthhosts I needed extra help. I have no wish to waste my valuable time doing moribund reviews.
My website was never build. Margate Digital had to do my work for me and they were brilliant.
On the 15th of May 2025, £365.54 was taken out of my bank account a different figure entirely to the amount advertised on the website.
In health hosts reply they state about the 2 domains I bought. Categorically they are not mine. I have an email from Healthhost for proof of this. The email states
"Due to ICANN rules you cannot transfer them for 60 days after registration, this has nothing to do with us."
Well it has I bought them from you.
I looked on the ICANN website and that said domain names are
"Owned by whoever first registered the web address."
Furthermore it states 'client transfer prohibited.'
NDI. HEALTHHOSTS.NET registered on 2025.05.29.
Third, I did give Healthhosts a review. It's out there in the unified field. I thought you were into this?
Lastly, I have empirical proof of my interaction with health hosts. I have the emails and receipts of the domains, I have my bank statements and I have a quote from Margate Digital to recover MY domain names (£295.00)
All I wanted was a website. I didn't get it.
What I did get was libel and slander a knee-jerk reaction to me legitimately asking for my money back.

I have used health hosts to host my website for a number of years and always been happy with the service. I have recently undergone a website redesign which I am incredibly happy with.

Healthhosts built me a beautiful website and have maintained it for three years to date. Sometimes I meddle with it and do something that throws everything out but they always sort me out quickly giving clear instructions that are easy for a non-technical personal like me to follow. Their support desk is one of the best I’ve used.

I am beyond impressed with my new website from Health Hosts. These people are absolute experts and extremely helpful. Everyone is commenting on the standard of the website. I've been using HealthHosts for many years now, and they're honestly great. Super efficient and the support team is fantastic, they never make you feel stupid when you submit a contact form with questions (and trust me, I've sent some pretty basic ones!).

I'm not the most tech-savvy person, but they make everything so straightforward. Doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or know what you're doing they've got you covered either way. Really can't fault their service, and the team genuinely seems to care about helping you out rather than just sending generic responses.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable hosting with human support that actually helps.

This web host does so much more.The team respond quickly to queries, they steer clients through difficult processes such as Domain Name renewal and have now added a whole new dimension to my Website with a FAQ section using my text but providing a drop down format so the text is not overwhelming.

Health hosts are the most incredible organisation - they have built my website from scratch - they have been so supportive and kind with all my questions - I have rebranded and needed to make a lot of technical changes to my website, I sent the email to them and the changes were done in 20 mins - I cannot recommend them enough - they are the dream team an absolutely brilliant company to use.

HealthHosts are a very good website creator firm for anyone who wishes to have one made. They are open to suggestions, easy going and will adapt accordingly if needed, they upgrade and keep the site safe, and have resources to improve the website over time. They will also alter your website to add or remove things in a very short time, so I would recommend them to anyone.
