Then GP in question was fantastic. Asked the right questions, the answers I felt were listened to. I felt no judgement - no forced opinions, it was great.
I will certainly use HealthHero services again & I will be letting others know of this service. Can't fault it, fantastic service.

7 days a week at convenient times
Great service provided to all Marks and Spencer employees. I got my appointment on a Sunday morning, got a prescription for antibiotics and collected them from my local pharmacy within an hour

My first prescription
My consultation with the doctor was excellent. However on collecting my first prescription from the local pharmacy I was handed it without any instructions whatsoever.

My GP were on leave and I needed prescription , get registered , answered few questions and get call from doctor who sent prescription to my pharmacy. Recommending. Will use again if will need it. Good service .

These include minimum criteria such as a specific BMI range, and for patient safety, those who fall below this threshold are not eligible for injectable medications.
Our weight management doctors are committed to supporting patients in every way possible. This includes exploring alternative medication options (where clinically appropriate), as well as providing guidance on lifestyle changes, dietary support, education, and other strategies to help with weight loss.
