Visited for my yearly eye checkup. Very professional and friendly. On time and great location

If you actually get to see a Doctor they are fine. The communications and appointments system is simply dreadful, long waits, huge telephone queues, appointments muddled and cancelled wrongly etc. Extremely distressing at difficult times. My husband died recently of a rare skin cancer and my own experience has been horrible.

I had a gynaecology appointment at BHI Parkside Health Harmonies Clinic on 24/10/2025.. Dr. Raut explained the hysteroscopy, endometrial biopsy and polypectomy procedures, potential risks and aftercare steps. He has taken almost care during the procedure. He eased my pain by diverting my attention. Can't thank him enough for all care.
The nurse Luca, HCA assistant Zafiena and Hayfa took apt and timely care of me during the procedure. They were very kind and made me comfortable during and after the procedure.
I highly recommend this clinic for their care, knowledge and kindness.

Actual appointment was fine diagnosed skin cancer and so small op needed. Miss a call by one ring called back immediatley (30secs)to be told ive missed my slot and now am on a waiting list! Ring in a month but because your a private company you only get one month slots so I need to keep ringing and chasing a cancellation.Disgusted !!!!!

Follow up biopsy results not forwarded to doctor or skin specialist resulting in wasted appointment. Multiple calls to sort it myself. 2 week pathway definitely not adhered to. Very disappointed. Official complaint e-mailed in today after sorting results myself

Very compatantly run service

Dr I saw really put me at ease, explained things clearly and listened to me.

I have had several appointments here. The ambulance service can get disabled people to the appointment extremely early [1½ hours] or onetime because obviously they have other disabled passengers to ferry around. If you arrive very early for your appointment you are still seen at your appointment time. There is no provision for a wheelchair user as the location doesn't provide one neither does Health Harmonie and the ambulance will not cater for the patient to bring g their own wheelchair. You're made to feel like an inconvenience. The eye professionals are not consistent with their care and feedback to the patient. I left not knowing if my eyes were better or worse. It was a depressing appointment. I will be going to the hospital next time.
