Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. They reject every order I make, even though the orders are for minor meds (e.g. for ear infections). Why the heck they can't tell you up front instead of having you generate a transaction first is beyond me. And then, once they've reject an order, they rub it in by insisting on telling you again every few days! They sound to me like they've not not their act together at all. There are far better online pharmacies out there.

I ordered the medication for next day…

I ordered the medication for next day delivery. I was at home on the delivery date, which was saturday but the the postman apparently did not even knock as the medication was not received. I went on tracking and found that the next delivery date would be tuesday the next week due to bank holiday.

Today the postman came, but i declined the medication due to concerns of medication safety as it had sat at post office warehouse for 3 days and was not convinced it was stored correctly. Health express emailed me to say they would not be resupplying the medication as i had refused it, and according to them it had been delivered on time. The also said they would not refund me my money.
I never opened the medication, never touched the package infact as being a medical professional, i am aware that these medications have struct srorage instructions, and if stored incorrectly, the consequences for the patient woyld be unthinkable.

Health express themselves said that they have to destroy returned medications due to safety. If it is unsafe to send out to others? Why is it safe for me to inject a medication which could have been stored incorrectly at royal mail?
