I have just completed the half-day ear anatomy training with Keith, I am from a different industry, so was very nervous, but training was amazing never felt pressured, learned on real pepole so thanks so much to the girls in the office, I felt the training was delivered in a clear and simple way, the course material is great to take away and Polish up on the information in prep for the next day, looking forward to the next couple of days. Would definitely recommend

Excellent course and training service!!

Course:
Content was pitched well and taught in a comfortable environment, good visuals on the projector and clear explanation.

Trainer:
Friendly, approachable for questions, clear explanation, clearly knowledgeable and had lots of experience in the field, expert knowledge and clinical confidence. Very encouraging which was amazing when you were doubting your abilities or capacity to learn and be successful in the skills.

Access to practice:
We had a good clinic with exposure to 3 patients each to examine and practice wax removal on. The patients were gracious and the environment was very much a continuation of the learning environment which was great as that meant like I was still able to ask questions, check with the assessor and ask for advice, this made me feel secure and more empowered to attempt the skills.

Overall really fantastic course, I would highly recommend

I did the 1/2 day ear anatomy course and then the 2 day ear-wax removal course. The course size was small- 4 students maximum-with plenty of time to get used to examining ear canals on each other and staff members and discussing theory and practical aspects of the coursework.The content of both courses was very good- instruction was excellent from Vaishnavi in the classroom setting and Donna in the clinic. All methods of wax removal are taught (compared to other cheaper courses) and when to use the different methods.A day in the clinic treating patients under guidance was essential to put the theory into practice.I have recommended this course to other healthcare professionals interested in ear wax removal as the course is run to a very high standard of professionalism

Super friendly tutors, comprehensive course. Thorough instructions and tutorials. Clinic day friendly and well supported and monitored. A second clinic day would have been useful for scope of clients, practice and confidence

Received professional training and by practicing the new skills in clinic gave me confidence to treat future clients safely. Definitely recommend this training if you want to become an Ear wax removal specialist.

Having Completed a Occupational Health Technician course with Meduc8ion, the content and delivery is fantastic. Danielle is new to training the course but is well knowledged and passionate about the topic delivering in an engaging manner

The best course I have ever attended.
So much useful information gleaned from very experienced and confident teachers. A huge amount to take in over 2 days but really well put together, not once did I check the clock!
