I've been a regular customer for years. Loved their soaps but this last year has been horrible. I placed an order on Nov 4th 2025 and have yet to receive it. I've reached out through all platforms and got no response. I lost $58.24 and no product. Disappointed!

I met the awesome founder and his team at the Vegan Life Live show a few months ago. I was looking for something for my teenage son’s back acne. He gave me a free sample of soap and told me to tell my son to shower with it that night. He said he would get instant relief and I’d come back the next day to buy. He was right! It’s the only soap my son will use now! I’ve since made an online order for 5 more bars! Thank you!

I never received my products and when I emailed the help box I received no help and very delayed responses. This is the first time I’ve not received my goods, but in the past I have received my good weeks late with no communication. It’s a shame because the products are good but the service is very poor

I have brought the seamoss and shilajit capsules a few times now. The quality is consistent and the deliveries almost always within the timeframes given. The packaging is very thoughtful and uses ecologically conscious materials while also packing well enough that the product isn’t damaged. I started taking this supplement to help with energy levels and fatigue. At first I noticed a noticeable difference similar to other supplements but once I started taking it before bed, I felt an almost childlike lack of fatigue. I could stay sharp alert and socialise all day without having any energy lips. Overall this has made me a repeat customer, I haven’t experienced great customer service and product quality anywhere else.

Owner booked to have a stall at a halal family event and pulled up smoking weed. He then went on to leave all his waste on the ground and left without clearing it or paying for his stall fee which is as due, coming out of the charity partners pot . Has been blocking accounts and ignoring all forms of contact

Recieved a mouldy sea moss, haven't heard back about having it sorted. Just been given the run around by an employee called marnie
