I am a first time customer and I signed up to the newsletter with the promise of 10% off. However it did not permit me to do this at the checkout reason for 3 stars. Delivery time was good.

Ordered the blood test and returned it

Ordered the blood test and returned it. A week later was contacted to say I hadn't activated my kit, which I had done. This was resolved over email. Then continued to wait yet another week for the results. When they finally arrived and I followed the link to them, yet again I get a message saying my kit wasn't activated. I use the ID provided in the email the first time I had this issue only to be told that ID already exists. So after waiting far longer than the expected/stated 3 days for my results, I continue to be unable to access them. Very disappointing experience. Will use Thriva in future.

VERY HAPPY!!

I am trying castor oil for the first time and I have already noticed a difference since I received it.

But, the most important thing was the continued updates on when I would receive my item, to it arriving in perfect condition. From the packaging (the product is glass), safe delivery, and the product itself, I am very happy with Healf.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, totally unreliable, still haven't had a n update on my order which was placed over three weeks ago. I would not recommend ever using this company.
