This is for order number 1112 for spl phonitor e placed on headphones.ca ,this is one of the worst service I had from a company not even once my emails were answered and others report the same .you don't give me a choice but dispute the order with PayPal if I don't have a refund asap. since on the Canadian website it is not a special order up to this day even though you were informed ,I want a full refund asap or I will dispute with financial institutions , and I tried to reach you more than 5 times by email and I provided different email so you don't say that it is google's fault that you are not getting your emails or ending up in your spam folder ,the only way I could reach you was via chat and by luck if I get hold on to somebody.worst customer service ever .I have all the necessary proofs and 2 missed delivery day promises.
